Everything worked wonderfully, we had two rented houses and this one had a perfect yard for getting together. THe Location is ideal for Visiting Old Alexandria and is an easy walk to the pubs and restaurants on king St and a bunch of historical sites.

Great DC Getaway

We had a great stay at this house. Looks exactly as photographed, clean, comfy beds and stocked with amenities. Close to old town shops and easy access to metro and other area sites. Easy to get in and they were super accommodating on our last day to let us stay a few hours longer since our flights were later. We would definitely stay there again!

This property is really nice, exactly as advertised in the photographs and description. Within easy walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants in old Alexandria. Our only complaint was the excessively high 5000 deposit, and the calls and messages it took to get it refunded. I would stay here again, but I’d probably ask for a lower deposit in the future. No complaints at all about the property or dealing with the owner.

Excellent home and location

Beautiful home! Listing description and pictures are a true reflection of the home. Well kept, clean and equipped with everything needed plus more. The host was great at communicating and very helpful in resolving a minor issues in a timely manner.

Christmas weeklong stay in DC area

Group of 6 1 pet. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property is even better than inthe pictures. Rooms are wonderful. Best of all is the kitchen plus public area. For us, a family that enjoys cooking, the kitchen setup and equipment was the best I have seen in many, many stays. Hosts were in contact throughout check in process and then available for a couple of minor issues. House is perfectly located, 2 blocks from King street stores and shops, 10 min walk to Potomac, 15 mins from DC, 2 min drive from supermarkets. Amply recommend this property as base for a DC area visit.

We built this home for ourselves, so a great deal of thought and love went into the house. It is located in the heart of Old Town , and with 2 parking spaces, you can leave your cars and pretty much walk to anything! Here is link to a video of the house: https://www.dukestalexandria.com/branded

The proximity to so much like DC, the Pentagon, National Harbor/MGM and so much more makes the location very desirable. The house is has a 98 Walkscore on walkscore.com. Along with multiple bike paths, and bike rental locations, you really can't beat the location.
