Finest luxury vacation home on AMI! Mandalay Bay has recently completed a major freshen up renovation with new hardwood floors, lots of new furniture and much, much more. This stunning custom-built 6,200 square foot home overlooking the Bay AND Gulf, the home truly is the "best of both worlds" The rooftop views are as fine as they come on the island. This private escape offers room for 18 guests with seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Ideal for large families or multiple groups getting together, you will find enough space for everyone to enjoy spending quality time together without sacrificing your privacy. A large sundeck with a heated pool, hot tub, and high-end touches inside and out are ready to welcome you to the beach. Trust us when we say you won’t want to leave!
Mandalay Bay is not your average rental. It has been professionally decorated with luxury furnishings and custom details at every turn. This includes hand-selected flooring and countertops, crown molding, plush carpeting, and Anderson doors and windows. The stunning interior features two full gourmet kitchens, seven bedrooms, one bonus room, five full bathrooms, and two full bathrooms. Multiple balconies plus a large covered porch above the pool offer numerous spots for slipping away to relax and unwind. After all, you are here on vacation!
After exploring, it is clear that Mandalay Bay was designed with your vacation in mind. Most mid-level bedrooms have Bay views while the upper-level ones have views of the Gulf and Bay. Magnificent views abound: crystal blue Gulf of Mexico waves, the majestic Cortez bridge, and the downtown Sarasota skyline are all calling your name. And, you’re sure to find the kids hiding out in the rec room since it comes outfitted with a new theater screen, pool table, foosball table and an old-school-style stand-up arcade game with over 100 classic games. There are also comfortable couches made for lounging.

This lavish home features a private heated pool and hot tub with enough space for 12. The dock offers flexibility to bring your own boat to head out and fish on the plentiful waters. Put your culinary skills to use with the outdoor BBQ grill or just relax by the pool as you enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. Take advantage of the summer kitchen on the porch for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact Beach House Real Estate at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request (November to May only). We do offer pool heating as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety. We kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10 pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember that outdoor spas are not hot tubs (some properties have a spa, some have a hot tub).
Our winter months are considered November through April. During these months, we do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30s for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70s and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes, or other items do happen from time to time.
Please be aware that Beach House Real Estate cannot issue refunds during your stay based on acts of God. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Beach House Real Estate will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible! Beach House Real Estate thanks you in advance for your understanding on this issue.
