Heavenly Escape - Game room and hot tub!

Located in the Crossing Resort, this 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom cabin is a three-level home with separate deck access from each floor. Upon entering the home the upper level opens up to the kitchen and living room, with one bedroom and bathroom on the top floor as well.

The kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With an open design and an island, there's plenty of counter space to cook and enjoy meals!

Next to the kitchen, guests will find a dining table seating up to six and the living room with two leather couches and two individual leather seats to sit down and watch the TV - plus a gas fireplace for cozy nights. In addition, the upper-level deck access opens up to the deck with rocking chairs and a barbecue grill, perfect for taking in views while cooking up dinner or lunch.

Finally, the upper-level bedroom hosts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Next, guests will find the middle floor with three bedrooms and the middle deck. There are 5 king-size beds, along with 1 queen bed and 1 queen bunk. Each king bedroom has its own TV and en-suite bathroom. Full bathrooms include a mix of 3 shower/tub combos plus 2 walk-in showers. And there's a convenient half bathroom attached to the bunk room for added convenience!

The bottom floor is where guests will find the hot tub, arcade games, a den for extra entertainment, and the other two bedrooms. The hot tub seats four to five adults and overlooks the Crossing Resort HOA. The bedrooms are a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a kids bedroom with a queen-size bed and queen-over-queen bunk bed in the corner.

Nearby the valley-view home, guests can explore all the fun of the Smoky Mountains. Just a short 10 to 15-minute drive to the Island and Dollywood, the home is close to tons of shops and restaurants.

The cabin was spacious and gave everyone in our group their own privacy. The location was super convenient. Overall this was not the best rental for us. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the community area was poorly maintained. The pool was filthy and our family decided to stay away. We had a few significant issues with the cabin, but the rental agency was super responsive to all issues as soon as I reported.

Awesome family time

The cabin is close to everything but you feel like you are in a small private mountain village. Everything is well furnished and well maintained. We had a group of 16, ages 2 through 74, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We are already planning a return trip!

Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying here for a family wedding. The property is spacious, clean, and the game room was a big hit! The only hiccups we had were the hot tub not being filled, and the hose to fill it up was broken. More toiletries/cleaning products would have been nice as well (we had to buy hand soap for one bathroom and there wasn't any dishwasher liquid/tabs so we just hand washed our dishes). Overall it was great and everyone was talking about how beautiful the property was.

Christmas in the Smokies

We enjoyed a 4 generation vacation at this lovely log cabin. The space was used very efficiently. The game room was a real hit. I loved how the hot tub was located on the bottom deck, so children too young to use it did not even see it. We also liked how close it was to Dollywood. We made great memories here!

Awesome annual family trip.

This was the perfect cabin for our family. A room & bath for each couple and great room with bunks & a queen for all the kids. Game room & close pool a plus. Lower family room for movie watching was nice although we couldn't figure out how to connect or play DVD. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Everyone agreed that this is where we would return.

Love the location

The cabin is so convenient to the Tanger shopping area and other attractions. It was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. My family loved the games, playing each night well into the morning! The bedrooms were perfect, especially the family bedroom for my nephew, his wife and 2 little girls. They were able to enjoy being with the rest of the family but also have privacy on the lower level. We were all very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

We have vacationed all over, renting cabins and condos. This was without a doubt the best. From the cleanliness, to the hot tub,the games everything was great. Plenty of towels,toilet tissue, sheets and extra covers. Just can’t say enough about this cabin. Well worth the money.

Family is Better Together

We had our kids and grandkids together at this lovely cabin. We had a couple of issues with the air and hot tub but they were resolved very quickly and very professionally! Lots if room to hang out and enjoy quality time together. Our grands loved the game room! Thank you for helping make beautiful memories!!

Roomy and convenient

The house was very roomy for our group of 7 adults and 4 children. Our kids love the game room. It is in a very convenient location to Dollywood and other activities. We enjoy cooking when our families are together, it would be great if the kitchen was equipped a bit better as in a larger cutting board and better knives. Other than that, everything was great. We had fun.

Arcade games a hit with the kids!

We were supposed to be meeting family from Ohio and North Carolina, but Covid and work commitments prevented them from meeting our small group from Georgia. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and my four grandchildren loved the arcade games! We enjoyed using the hot tub while the snow flurries were falling too!

Room for All

There was plenty of space for our group of 16! You can see fireworks from the top balcony in the evenings. Great spot to watch the kids in the pool. Easy access to Tanger outlet malls and the Parkway. Could use more parking spaces. The air conditioning on the top floor went out before our stay. They were great about communication for it, however due to Covid the parts were unavailable so we had portable units and fans running. We would stay again!

Little cabin

We had several issues with the cabin itself. The property and grounds were beautiful. The mattresses need replacing. They were way too soft. My bed had a plastic mattress cover that rattled with every move. The air was out on the second level and did not get fixed while we were there. Temp was 77-78 in bedrooms and unpleasant to try and sleep. There was a leak coming through the light/fan in the bathroom of the lower floor. The oven handle came off when opening the oven. We secured it as best we could. The dishwasher door was broken and the bottom rack would roll out if you didn’t watch it. The cabin really needs some help but the complex was very nice. I did get a $100 discount.

Very clean but missing storage

The place was very clean but lacked storage. We stayed in the lowest level which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was one tiny closet but not a single hanger to hang stuff on and neither bathroom had any hooks to hang towels or clothes on. There were no shelves for clean towels either so we had to set everything we had on the counter which was already storing all the clean bath towels. There was also no clock anywhere downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of cups and plenty of plates, bowls and silverware. There were no scissors though. The place was very open and had plenty of seating. Kitchen storage was tight as well considering the size of the house and amount of people staying in it. Something needs to be done about the raccoons getting into the trash on the porch every night because they were very loud! I would stay here again if the owners put hooks and shelves up in all the bathrooms and moved the trash elsewhere.

Thank you.. We are currently addressing the trash can situation with a new metal trash bin to house the trash cans that will prevent animals from getting into. It will be positioned beside the house and off the deck as well. Thank you again and we hope that you will visit with us again.
