Thank you for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that you found our house perfect and well-stocked. We're glad you enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the beautiful tree. We apologize for any nerves caused by the drive up, but we're glad the outstanding view made up for it. It's great to hear that the layout of the house suited your family's needs, with accommodations for your parents, teenagers, and yourselves. We're also pleased to know that our location near Ober Gatlinburg and Dollywood was convenient for you. Best, Lalaine Smoky Vistas

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback with us, Lisa. We can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to have your original cabin canceled just a day before your trip. That's definitely not the experience we wish for any of our guests. While we're relieved that our team was able to act quickly and offer you alternative options during such a stressful time, we truly regret that the cabin you ended up choosing didn't meet your expectations. We're sorry to hear about the maintenance issues you've faced, such as the broken tiles in the master bath, the flimsy glass doors, and the vanities that need repairs. It isn't very pleasant to learn that these items weren't in the excellent condition we strive for. We genuinely appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we can ensure they are addressed for future guests. We also understand how frustrating it must have been that the projector system downstairs wasn't working properly, as it should enhance your experience, not detract from it. While we're glad to hear that our team was responsive to your needs and that you found the kitchen stocked with essentials, we truly appreciate your suggestion regarding additional items like salt and pepper. It's feedback like yours that allows us to improve continually. We will certainly consider your thoughts. Thank you once again for reaching out during your stay, as it gave us the chance to assist you. We regret that this cabin did not meet your expectations.

We are truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you faced during your stay, Debbie. It must have been incredibly disappointing to arrive and find visible water damage, ripped carpet, and a bathroom mirror that wasn’t usable. We understand how these issues can greatly affect your experience, and we sincerely regret that you had to deal with them. The confusion regarding the outlets and WiFi must have added to your inconvenience, especially when the information wasn’t consistent. Please know that we are taking steps to clarify the WiFi details, so this doesn’t happen again. While we did confirm the listing does accurately reflect the bed sizes, we understand that the lack of clarity created challenges for your group, and we will work to make those details more straightforward. We’re relieved to hear that the size of the home worked well for your group, but we recognize that this doesn’t make up for the other issues you encountered. Thank you for bringing these specific concerns to our attention; it means a lot to us as we strive to improve. We genuinely apologize for your experience and hope to do better in the future.
