This Chalet was spacious and cozy for our family of four. Our boys loved the multicade, foosball, and hot tub. I loved the natural sunlight, views, and cleanliness of the place. We did not really need anything, but the owner checked in to make sure that everything was going well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing, I definitely would come back again. 5 stars. The beds are so comfortable and the kids loved all the games. The hosts are friendly and helpful. My only tip is go to the grocery on the way into town, it’s a little bit of a drive to Pigeon Ford.

Nice and clean place to stay, with lots of space, easy to check in, well-equipped kitchen and the host was helpful with information, especially the digital guide. The host put a lot of thought into the layout, and the coffee table, we do love it. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation here.

The owners are very attentive. The house itself is very nice although it has an unusual layout. There’s one bedroom and bath on main floor with 2 bedrooms on lower level down narrow stairs and one bedroom on upper level. There are a lot of stairs, inside and out. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee machine with some pods provided. The house is at the top of several steep roads that aren’t well lit at night, so it’s challenging to return to the house from town in the dark. Cleanliness was great.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the cabin, the coffee setup, and our responsiveness throughout your stay. As a true Smoky Mountain cabin, the home does feature a unique multi-level layout that many guests enjoy for the added privacy between floors, along with the elevated setting that provides the beautiful mountain atmosphere our area is known for. The roads and terrain are typical of mountain communities, and we always recommend arriving before dark when possible for guests unfamiliar with the area. We appreciate you staying with us !

We had a great stay. The chalet was what we needed and spacious enough for our large group. The views were really nice. We did see some bears a few times. One was in a tree just above the deck! There are stairs to get into the chalet. The hot tub is a good size for four adults. The place was clean with a mountain theme decor. I would recommend this chalet.
