Ashleigh got her real estate license in 2017 and in 2018 we renovated and furnished the decades-old mother-in-law suite attached to our house and put it up for rent. We now have our business, Furnished Rentals Memphis, that manages about a dozen furnished rentals around the city of Memphis. Everything from a 400sq ft studio guesthouse (with luxury soaking tub and rain shower) to a 3000 sq ft 4bed/3bath house (with pool, hot tub, and homemade backyard mini golf course). No matter if you're here for 6 months on a work assignment, or 3 nights for a fun weekend with the family, our goal is to provide high quality rentals and service to make your time in Memphis comfortable and enjoyable.
