Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Soft morning light filters through the trees as the creek flows gently nearby. You might start the day with yoga on a platform tucked among the pines, or gather loved ones for coffee on the patio while the kids explore the yard. At night, the glow of string lights and the warmth of a fire pit set the stage for connection and relaxation.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two connected units, the home offers five bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 12 guests. The Garden Room includes a king bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a super large closet, reading nook, extra storage, and streaming TV. The Zen Den has a queen bed, office desk with supplies, a reading nook, TV, DVD player, and backyard views. The upper unit family room holds a queen sofa sleeper with extra padding, linens, and pillows. The Tree Room provides a memory foam hybrid mattress, dual nightstands, streaming TV, and full-length mirror. The Wood Room combines a memory foam hybrid mattress with a rustic wooden wall and dedicated workspace with supplies. The Forest Room adds a streaming TV, lighted pine tree, and full-length mirror alongside its memory foam hybrid mattress.

Kitchen & dining
Both units are equipped with stainless steel appliances and full kitchens. The upper unit’s open-concept design connects to a dining area with seating for six and a coffee bar stocked with multiple brewing options. The lower unit has a well-appointed kitchen with an adjacent dining area, suited for both cooking and enjoying local takeout.

Living areas
In the upper unit, unwind beside the gas fireplace or stream shows in a room styled with mid-century furnishings and a lighted birch tree for evening ambiance. The lower unit offers a 50-inch smart TV, record player with classic LPs, games, books, and DVDs in a bright living area with natural wood accents.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the property, each with a shower/tub combo, tiled finishes, and a well-lit vanity. Plush towels and a full range of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, are provided.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced outdoor space is pet-friendly and ready for gathering. Cook on the BBQ, share meals on the patio or picnic table, and enjoy evenings by the fire pit beneath festive string lights. A dedicated platform in the trees is prepared with mats, cushions, and props for yoga or forest bathing.

Amenities for comfort & convenience
Stay comfortable with air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace. Essentials such as washer, dryer, ironing equipment, and room-darkening shades are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets. Entertainment includes TVs, record player, sound system, exercise equipment, books, and board games. Families will find a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, children’s books and toys, safety gates, baby monitor, and children’s dinnerware. Additional conveniences include beach essentials, bikes, free on-site and street parking, and self check-in with a smart lock.

Safety features
For peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and security cameras installed at the front entrance and parking areas.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. They record sound and video. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Living in a natural environment means that we may occasionally see animals and insects. We do have bi-monthly extermination control.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
