Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests across two connected units. Each of the five bedrooms offers thoughtful details for rest and privacy. The Garden Room features a king bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, reading nook, and streaming TV. The Zen Den includes a queen bed, desk, and peaceful backyard views. The Tree Room, Wood Room, and Forest Room each provide a memory foam hybrid mattress, streaming TV, and soft lighting for quiet retreat. A queen sofa sleeper in the upper unit’s family room adds flexible sleeping space for larger groups. Two bathrooms with shower-tub combos, tiled finishes, and well-lit vanities include bathroom essentials and plush towels.

Kitchen & dining
Designed for cooking and connection, the property features two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and all essentials for preparing meals. The upper kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six and a coffee bar for easy mornings. The lower kitchen includes a nearby dining space perfect for family-style meals or takeout from local spots.

Living areas
Relax beside the gas fireplace in the upper unit, where mid-century furnishings and a softly lit birch tree create a cozy atmosphere. Downstairs, a bright living room offers a 50-inch smart TV, record player, games, books, and DVDs.

The home is pet-friendly and secured with a smart lock for self check-in. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the front and parking areas ensure peace of mind.

Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor' includes natural elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects can we seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area.. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
