This home has recently undergone a total home remodel, touching nearly every inch of the home. Enjoy fabulous furnishings and incredible amenities. While there are many adventures to be had outdoors, our home is equipped with endless entertainment possibilities for all ages. Utilize the in-home gym to maintain your fitness routine while away, which includes a treadmill, weights, and bench. There is a game room that features a pool table, games, books, and kids toys.
With a fully equipped kitchen, we aim to eliminate the hassle of cooking in an uncharted kitchen. Enjoy meals all together as a family in the dining area, which is able to seat 10 guests for endless laughter. However, we also recommend exploring the fabulous local cuisine during your stay as well.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in the home. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is equipped with a King bed and features an ensuite bathroom and outdoor access. Many of the bedrooms have 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains (weather and cloud cover dependent). 3 of the guest bedrooms feature their own full ensuite bathrooms. Among the guest bedrooms you will find 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 1 Full with a Twin trundle.
The outdoor features are just as luxurious as those you will discover indoors. There is a large lawn and patio, great for entertaining. Utilize the BBQ Grill to shake up dinner, surrounded by stunning panoramic views. End the evening with a picturesque view while soaking in the hot tub.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

- The lawn to the right of the flagpole is not our property. There's no fence. Everything to the right of the flagpole is the neighbor's yard.
- Home can be windy at times, given it is on the water
- Given the strong westerly sun, it is hard to keep the temperature in the home consistent
- Fireplace is not available for guest use
- We have two outdoor cameras that are ONLY for monitoring package deliveries and for your protection.
- Use the hot tub at your own risk
- Use the gym/exercise equipment at your own risk

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Host will require a photocopy of renter’s ID for verification before check-in and formal rental agreement signed (digitally)-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be quarterly for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance; every other Friday for Landscaping maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.
Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire.
