The house is very cute, well maintained, and has a great outdoor area in the back yard. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless and there was ample space for our group. The location is very walkable to the restaurants and shops in downtown Southern Pines. We will definitely be back!

This is a great location very close to downtown Southern Pines. If you are coming to enjoy the area or coming for a golfers weekend, this is a great place to stay. It is very roomy, well setup for relaxation with plenty of places to sit and enjoy. I can't wait to come back and explore more and play some more of the 20 different golf courses in the area.I would say this is a great place for one large family or two families with separate sleeping quarters for both parents and kids. It will also be a great place for a group of golfers, one or 2 foursomes.

Place was awesome and accommodating. Everything was walking distance and golf courses were close by. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Quick get away

Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and plenty of other golf courses.

We're from out of state so this rental was a perfect set up. Sandhills booked us tee times a few months out because we couldn't book them ourselves, the house was in a great location, and Southern Pines is such a great little town. Exactly what we needed!
