Perfect Stay!

The house had a great location to many walkable shops and restaurants. Short drive to all of the golf courses in the area as well. House was clean, well stocked and great for a family.

We enjoyed staying here, it’s close to downtown area. The house was clean and the grand kids enjoyed the upstairs. We would stay here again!

Family Holiday and Golf Trip

Great location with close proximity to downtown Southern Pines - walking distance on a nice night. The house was very well appointed and had everything in the kitchen if you wanted to make meals in. The house has three floors with the master and second bedroom on the second floor. The third floor has the bedroom with two twins and separate bath and shower. This house was great for our family as we all had our own space and own bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath on the first floor off the kitchen right next to laundry room. The third floor has a great coach and TV viewing area for gaming or watching shows. The corner lot is very nice and has plenty of grass and outdoor area if you have a pet. The Pine Needles resort courses are all within 5 minutes and Pinehurst is about 12 - 15 minutes away.

Yet another great stay. Very much appreciated timely communications and flexi for an early check-in. Property was super clean and very comfortable. Ideally located to walk to restaurants and shops downtown.
