Vues spectaculaires, à couper le souffle couchers de soleil, Kamaole Sands Resort

Kamaole Sands est une belle station balnéaire, nichée entre le mont Haleakala, volcan de Maui et les plages de sable blanc, nous aimons tous jouer. 15 acres de jardins tropicaux, des cascades, des piscines, bains à remous, des courts de tennis et de toutes les commodités que nous sont venus à attendre de la vie en copropriété. Juste en face de la rue est Kamaole III Plage / Park, l'un des plus célèbres plages de Maui. Il est doux surf le rend parfait pour la natation, la plongée en apnée, plongée, paddle board, flâner dans les miles de la plage ou tout simplement profiter du soleil. Le parc est un endroit idéal pour un pique-nique ou de la cueillette. L'observation des baleines est populaire en hiver et les couchers de soleil sont spectaculaires nocturnes toute l'année.

Jardin / Ocean View, l'emplacement et la commodité rend ce l'expérience hawaïenne parfaite. Décorées dans un style hawaïen tropical, 1 chambre + canapé-lit (pour 4 personnes), 2 salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Situé au troisième étage face à l'océan, vous donnent sur la piscine, bains à remous, et les beaux jardins tropicaux. Au loin, vous pouvez voir l'océan et sentir la douce brise de mer qui apporte le parfum des fleurs tropicales. Demandez à votre café du matin ou de thé sur la véranda et le lever du soleil ou prendre un verre au crépuscule et regarder les couchers de soleil spectaculaires de Maui.

Détendez-vous, rafraîchir et de rajeunir

Quelque chose pour tout le monde, Kamaole Sands est à seulement quelques minutes de cinq terrains de golf de classe mondiale et les Shops at Wailea avec restaurants et boutiques. Visitez le Pays de vin et de faire un peu de dégustation de vin. Conduire à Haleakala (volcan dormant de Maui), assurez-vous et arrêter dans les petits villages pittoresques le long de la voie à une vraie saveur de Hawaï. Vous voulez un peu plus d'excitation, essayer la tyrolienne, 4-wheeling sur les sentiers de montagne ou Blue Water Rafting (vous venez peut arriver à nager avec les dauphins). Beautiful Stay in Oasis

We loved our time in Kihei and had the best experience in this condo. It was myself, my husband and our 5 month old, and it was perfect all around. My favorite pieces were how centrally located the condo was, how great the beach across the street was, and how stocked the condo was for all our needs. Definitely would recommend, and would hope to stay again in the future.

nice condo in Kihei

The condo was across the street from 1 beach with another 0.5-0.75 miles south on Kihei Road. The view of the ocean from the balcony was better than shown in the pictures. Kitchen well stocked and there was enough beach chairs for a family of 4.

Nice property, Nice room

The property was very nice, immaculate grounds, nice pool (a bit busy). The room was nice, well appointed, but there were some minor technical issues that were handled by the onsite staff (mostly). The location is across from Kam 3, a bit of a walk to anywhere which is okay on vacation. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The property had a lovely view of the gardens and pool area. The condo was extremely clean. The only concern we had was the condo did not stay cool enough. The wall air conditioning unit was on a timer which necessitated it being turned in the middle of the night. The complex also had an elevator which made it convenient to take luggage or groceries to the unit.

Close to Kamaole Beach 3

Property was as advertised. The host had all the beach basics such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other things we did not use. She had the nice umbrella that you can angle. Kitchen was well equipped, the lanai was great for watching the pool, beautiful grounds, ocean view, and great sunsets. Restaurants are within walking distance and if you like to grill, there are 3 large grilling areas.

Outstanding view and very clean unit~

We were very happy to stay in this unit in building 5 at Kamaole Sands! Upon arrival we were happy to see a very clean unit with outstanding ocean views and a very quiet split air conditioning unit both the living room and bedroom. Kamaole Sands has beautiful manicured grounds and is just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed walking in the morning and seeing the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We highly recommend this unit and can't wait to get back to paradise!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

This condo is located in the perfect spot for beautiful walks, beaches & restaurants/shops. Kamaole Sands resort is beautifully landscaped and the pool area is fantastic. The condo had everything that we needed, from pots/pans to beach chairs. When some maintenance was needed when we first arrived & when we requested an airbed (for our visiting children), Kamaole Sands were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. When we needed to contact the condo owner, they were also quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The only downside to the location of this condo is that it overlooks the pool area and it can be quite noisy. Despite that, though, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again.

Great Maui Condo

Thank you for sharing your condo with us during our stay in Maui! We found this condo to be very clean, comfortable and well stocked for cooking. Dishwasher, fridge and stove are newer and in great condition. The re-useable bags were handy too, we didn't realize that Maui had banned plastic bags (good for Maui). Beach Chairs, Umbrella and towels were in good condition and came in very handy. There was no boogie board which wasn't a problem for us but some might appreciate having one. We find that in building 5 you get a nice breeze through the condo if you open the windows so the unit cools down nicely and rarely used the air conditioner. Thanks again for sharing, we had a great vacation and would definitely rent again.

Disappointing and shabby.

Refrigerator had broken/ missing shelves and one empty ice tray in freezer. Closet door fell off when hanging up clothes. Living room rug is filthy. Bed is very squishy and we felt a lump in middle. Took off sheet and found an old dirty mattress pad wadded up in center. Light bulbs very dim throughout and no light on one side of bed. Missing bulbs in bathroom. We loved location but disappointed in the rental.

Dear Jim, Thank you for your feedback, we were not aware of any problems with the unit. We try to keep our condo in top shape at all times, the management company and housekeeping should have gone over everything prior to your arrival, I think maybe Covid and no rentals for nearly a year might be part of the problem. I think everything is trying to find it's way back to normal. We will address and fix those things you mentioned immediately. Again, I apologize for things not being in tip top shape. Most all are rating are 5 star and we have owned this unit for more than 20 years. Mahalo .

Nice spot

The location of this condo (we’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands several times/condos) was great! Super convenient just above the pool area, fun people watching and easy to scope out when we wanted to go. Nice view of the ocean as well. This condo was nice, had most things we needed. I would say it would have been convenient to have boogie boards and a cooler for the beach. We just had the back of the chairs they provided for a cooler spot and one of the 2 chairs zipper’s doesn’t open, so really only have a very small back of one chair for ‘cooler’ use. Typically I’ve seen in other condos a small cooler and ice packs included. The pullout bed in the sofa was very comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom could use an upgrade, it creaks loudly when you get in and out (hard with our infant child napping in there) and slopes downward towards the headboard. The shower in the hallway bathroom leaked water onto the floor, quite a bit, so that should be looked at. The kitchen has bare minimum for the most part, no bags for bringing snacks to the beach, the Tupperware there has mis matched lids, the cold water kind of slow drips out of the faucet but the hot works well. No sponge for doing your own dishes but plenty of dish soap. Just kind of a half stocked half forgotten to stock feeling to the place. The beach towels were awesome and large, the location was great, air moves nicely through the space so we infrequently used bedroom AC. I’d suggest a new mattress for the bedroom soon.

Beautiful suite and grounds. The pictures don’t really show how much ocean you can see from the suite - amazing view. Easy walk to beach, stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Love Kamaole Sands

First time staying in building 5. It is a little louder than some of the other buildings, as it is right next to the pool. But great views. And the resort is just perfect! Highly recommend! The condo itself was great. My only comment is that half the dishes and utensils in the cupboards failed to get fully cleaned in the last dishwasher run. But not the end of the world obviously.

Great condo, great host! Nice and clean, beautifully renovated. Had everything you need for a vacay, and great location. The sunset view each night was amazing! We just fell in love with Kamaole Sands, the gardens, the location, the birds singing and the sea breeze. The location is perfect and the people are just great.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Some of our favorite things to do would be daily walks on the beach, sitting on the lanai or taking cheese and wine to the park to watch the sunset. In the evening we love to walk down to the ice cream shop for a cone. We also like hiking and exploring. At night we love to sit in the hot tub and look at the stars.
