Sea Pines - dog friendly - Cannon Beach Property Mgmt

Sea Pines is a great pet-friendly, two-story family home located in the midtown area, one block from the beach-access stairway across from Haystack Rock, and a short walk to the infamous Sleepy Monk coffee shop.


The convenient front entry directs you either into the living area, the master bedroom, or upstairs. Moving straight back into the living and dining areas, the knotty pine and white open beams create an open beach-y atmosphere. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace inviting cozy gatherings, while the dining area enjoys the advantage of spacious window-light and slider-door access to the back yard and patio area.


The roomy and well supplied kitchen flows from the dining area and seats two at the counter. The master bedroom with a King sized bed, a bathroom with shower, and a full sized stacked washer and dryer are also on this level.


The upstairs opens into an open loft, providing a comfortable seating area and Full sized bed. Off the loft area are two private bedrooms, one with a King bed, and the other has a Queen bed as well as a set of bunk beds. The bathroom on this level has a tub and shower.


One of the best features of this property is the secluded back yard and patio area.


Accommodates 8 maximum; pets welcome / 2 maximum; no smoking; parking for 3 vehicles.

3 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Nice location near Haystack Rock

Very clean with lots of amenities in kitchen. Good central location. Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for a family. Would highly recommend!

Well kept home with nice updates and a perfect location only a few blocks to the beach and Haystack. Peaceful backyard and patio with many birds, squirrels and chipmunks.

The only downside was that the downstairs bedroom bed, on one side is very squeaky and there was not a lot of free cabinets in kitchen for food. Easy fixes! We were happy with this home rental.

We borrowed the binoculars to see the puffins in the morning. Only complaint was that the outlets in the bedrooms couldn't hold chargers. They just slipped right out.

A great place to sit and relax during the evening. Only one drawback. The home was not clean. Cobwebs in most rooms that were very visible. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Outdoor furniture had been left uncovered and was very dirty. My daughter and wife spent a good amount of time going top to bottom and properly cleaning the rooms.

We love it! The only hiccup we experienced this time was the cell phone signal was sketchy, but we did facetime calls and it worked like a charm.
