THIS HOUSE IS SELF-SERVICE. Please visit your nearest supermarket to purchase toiletries and any meals you may need.

• POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
We are pleased to inform you that your reservation includes access to the community clubhouse, where you can enjoy several amenities. Additionally, the community pools are heated at no additional cost. If you are interested in heating the private pool during your stay, please note that there is an additional charge of $35 per day. We recommend that you request this service at least 48 hours prior to your check-in, as the heater requires time to reach the desired temperature. The minimum rental period for the pool heater is 2 nights. It is important to mention that the temperature of the heater will not exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool operates as a spa and not a hot tub; it can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, meaning both areas will be at the same temperature. The heater operates by heat exchange and is not effective in cold weather conditions. If you choose to request the heater during cold weather and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The pool heater pumps feature a safety system that prevents overheating. If the pump is operated in cold conditions for extended periods, it will automatically shut off to protect its functionality until it can operate efficiently again. Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at all times.

• TRASH REMOVAL Please place trash in the plastic container daily to keep the house clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean linens and towels will be provided in the unit. Housekeeping service is included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERIES If you plan to make any online purchases during your stay, please note that if the seller uses USPS, your package will likely not be delivered. The post office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses, which means the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon as they typically deliver to our location. Not all resorts accept deliveries. It is important to note that we are not responsible for unexpected issues related to your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Our property is conveniently located near major attractions and offers easy access to various transportation options. While we offer free parking on-site, here’s some helpful information for getting around: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 miles away. Public transportation options, including bus services, are available, with details on routes and schedules available at local transit websites or apps. For those arriving by train, Amtrak stations are located in nearby cities like Kissimmee and Winter Park. Travel times to popular destinations are detailed in the 'Distances' section of our listing.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee maker and essential utensils. This vacation home features new bedding and furniture. The pool area has a safety fence. Resort check-in is required. All guests, including drivers, must check in at the entrance with proper identification. Registered drivers need a valid driver's license. Non-drivers need a valid government-issued photo ID or passport. You'll receive an orange pass for clubhouse access. Rideshare services need a valid driver's license for entry. The orange pass must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Failure to comply may result in towing.
