very nice condo, clean and was exactly as advertised! Reached out to host regarding toaster not working, next morning new toaster was delivered. Small issue with shower, host sent maintenance person within a couple hours. I highly recommend this beautiful condocondoproperty!

Weekend Trip

We planned a short weekend trip for some sun and sand. We’ve been coming to NMB for years and have stayed multiple times in the complex. This was our first time in this condo. Overall the condo was clean and well stocked. I had two concerns with the linens/towels and Murphy bed. The owner was responsive to the feedback. I would not recommend the Murphy bed for adults. It was not well constructed and even with the maintenance team coming out to repair it - it was still not usable in its current state. Great place for a few days or a week.

Beautiful Mother-Daughter Weekend!

The condo itself was beautiful, very clean and bright. Absolutely gorgeous views and only a half mile from the main highway! The bathrooms could do with some updates, but the rest of the condo was modern and comfortable. There was a little confusion on parking - directly in front of the tower is only handicap parking and 15 minute loading/unloading parking spots. There is a parking garage in front of Tower 3 (this condo was located at the other end in Tower 1, so it was a bit of a walk to the car) but the instructions were not clear on what the code was to the parking garage gate. I was able to figure out that it was the same code as the front door to Tower 1. They also have an outdoor overflow parking lot which we tried to park in one night, but the code to the parking garage did not work for that gate, so we were only able to use the parking garage. Only complaint is the walls are very thin and the sliding glass doors do not do a sufficient enough job at keeping noise out. We could frequently hear furniture scraping, doors opening and closing, people talking, other TVs, and music in other condos and kids screaming from the beach and pool areas. Soundproofing would go a long way for a perfect stay!
