Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 1152

This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 6. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14502.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⏧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⏧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Reviewer Comments: Good location, spacious kitchen , open floor plan , views of the mountains , jacuzzi area was nice and warm.No AC with hot days , and some windows not screened made it feel more difficult to cool off. Especially dining room large window - lacked a screen .The 2 bedrooms downstairs were directly under the living room - where it was difficult for sleeping when family was up late . The management was quick to respond to our calls for more supplies and a beeping smoke alarm. Living room couch needs updating, very uncomfortable for sitting . TV remotes worked intermittently in living room.

We stay at Snowcreek all the time and would like that to be our number one priority. Easy access and few stairs.

The access code that was e-mailed to us prior to arrival did not work. we had to text the property management for help, which did come quickly via text. Small problem but really should not happen. The property was fantastic! One item for repair would be the shower head in the master bath. Love the location and will keep in mind for future trips to Mammoth! Cheers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a fantastic time in this unit and would absolutely be interested in coming again in the future. There were a few things we wanted to notify you about. First was the dishwasher, the top rack hangs down and is at very high risk for falling out if you pull it out more than half way. The second issue was the kitchen sink, the faucet leaked around the base quite a bit when the water was running. The third thing, which may not be preventable, is that the wifi was very spotty. It only really connected to our phones/devices if we were on the top floor. We're also not sure if the trash compactor was working or not, it could be user error but I figured wed let you know. Thank you so much, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We prepared almost every meal there. Also the management company was very responsive and helpful.

Summer Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property in the past. I guess with the COVID threat, the new restrictions of using only the supplies in the marked drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were a bit of an issue. There weren't enough eating utensils and dishes to last more than two meals so we either needed to run the dishwasher more often or hand wash dishes and utensils. However there was no dish rack to put the hand washed items on so we used the one of two kitchen towels issued. Also, there were no potholders. There was only one knife other than steak knives to use and it was not very sharp. There were no baking pans except the glass pyrex dish in the "guest use" cabinets. We cooked and ate all of our meals on site except for one night of take out pizza so we did a lot of cooking. There were not enough soap bars for all the bathrooms and no hand soap for the kitchen. We ended up purchasing extra soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. The window screen in the dining area had holes in it (probably from pets)as well as a gap between the window frame and screen. I patched up the holes with duct tape before realizing the gap. This was done to keep out bugs. A few of the lightbulbs were out in the chandelier above the dining table which made it a little bit darker than it should have been. Also, one of the garage door openers did not work, but it was replaced after a call to the office. We were told that someone would come between 10-11, but didn't come until after 11:30. My daughter had to wait around until he came back with a replaced opener so her plans for the day were delayed. We have not had issues in the past with this property. Other than the previous negatives, it is a very nice property with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms which fit our needs to a T. It was nicely furnished and conveniently located. An added plus was access to use of the golf course and the athletic club. If we stay here again, we will probably bring kitchen supplies to supplement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the huge, comfy leather sectional. My only complaint was the very leaky kitchen faucet, which made it hard to clean up after meals, and the dishwasher works but needs replacing (door flops open and top rack is not stable), and ice maker was jammed. All things that can be fixed. Bedrooms very comfortable and location is very walkable to the town loop trail and fitness center. The jacuzzi is close walk to this unit, which we enjoyed as well (though water temp could be hotter). We love staying at the Lodges.

On Friday around 9am I received a call from Jamie letting me know they tried to reset the Wifi but it still was not working and they could not get a technician out until after the holidays. I was told by Jamie that i would receive a credit ($630 rate down to the $504 rate). Please let me know when i would expect this to be applied to my card. Otherwise everything else was great.

Fantastic dog friendly family home.

Although this house was on the expensive side for our Christmas vacation, it was worth every penny! There is a nice big garage, wonderful fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. We loved the king sized bed in the master bedroom. The area was great for dog walking and we lucked out with having the perfect snowfall and skiing experience.
