This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14418.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Quiet stay in Mammoth

Our family of five (and dog) had a great stay. The place was far larger than we expected, the kitchen had all we needed, and the complex was very quiet. It was perfect for us. Great for families.

Welcoming host good communication. First arrived the Fireplace didn’t ignite. Not good when it snowed 3 ft and 6 degrees outside. Repair came by and lit the pilot but that wasn’t the problem, last night only hot tub in neighborhood was cold. Lastly the upstairs unit was out of control “ loud” at 11pm. Not the host fault just a bad chain of events that bummed me out.

Refrigerator unbalanced causing the door swing open and crash into adjacent cabinets. Slider door curtains off track, microwave handle gerry rigged. Kitchen faucet sprayer broken. One dish towel available. Creaky floors throughout. Stove lights blinking. Furniture outdated throughout. Dresser in Main bd. Squeaky drawers. 1 hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. Adequate paper towels and toilet paper. Outdoors beautiful and well maintained

Family Reunion

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very poor! There was VERY loud construction occurring right outside of the unit, including banging, sanding, and hammering directly on the walls of our rooms all weekend long. I called the office to report it but they said there was nothing they could do. We couldn't rest at all during the day. I have rented this unit in the past and had been happy with the unit which is why I rented it again this past weekend. However, I was VERY dissatisfied this time. I was NOT told that there would be so much noise; otherwise, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in is super easy and the location is excellent. However, the carpet is disgusting. After a few minutes of my baby crawling around, his hands were black. There’s also a pretty strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke if the windows are closed. The beds were clean which was great, but overall not the stay I was anticipating for the price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at unit 617 and expected our normal excellent experience. Instead we found a worn unit with a spotty carpet.Both tv’s we could not get to work. After calling the office, housekeeping came and tried to help. After a long time they got both working but neither was satisfactory. We were very disappointed. We decided not to ask for another unit because of the stress involved but it certainly was not a pleasant stay for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit showing age(been staying here years) Handle on recliner in living room been broke since pre-Covid. Bathtubs slippery, need handicap bars. Mold/mildew in master shower head. BBQ tank not full of gas,ran out in middle of meal. Mosquitoes IN unit horrible, screens need to be put on properly. Snag on bar countertop ruined my sisters sweater. Mattress in master showing wear. Dryer needs to be looked at shouldn’t take HOURS to dry the few towels we are given. POSITIVE-grounds are always clean, well maintained outside, very quiet in this location. Have always liked the Snowcreek complex and will continue to stay in the Snowcreek complex. Depending on who is with us we go between the 1 bedroom unit vs the 2 bedroom. The text advising of the unit ready prior to 4 pm IS WONDERFUL!! Know staffing can be an issue ,but in some instances it is the homeowners responsibility.
