Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 596

This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom, two level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14453.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to arrive at the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. Walk down two steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⏧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⏧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of 596- super quiet and close to the ponds, trails, and clubhouse. This unit was really well appointed. We liked that it did have some basic pantry items in the cupboards like salt, pepper, olive oil, plastic wrap, and some spices. Loved having access to the washer/dryer!Even though it was early June, it was warm for a few days. Those warm days translated to warm nights so come bedtime, the loft got warm. We did find a box fan, but another fan or two for each sleeping area would be a plus. The mattress in the second bedroom sags in the middle- fine for one person, but for a couple not so great. It should be replaced. The mattress in the master was great.

Spacious but dated

Plenty of space for family. Furniture and some appliances are old but functional. Electric stoves suck. The lighting sucks. I recommend more lighting in the living room and non-daylight bulbs. Put some warm white higher power bulbs in. I know this is a dog friendly place but you could give it a good carpet cleaning. Next time, leave a snow shovel for us and a trash can to clean out the fireplace. We forgot our keurig in the kitchen, you’re welcome.

Reviewer Comments: We had fun but the place was very rundown, carpet was stained and smelled bad. One of the sofas was so old and nasty we had to cover it with sheets. Bedding and towels and bathrooms were very very CLEAN. Loved that part. Could barely use the small deck because it was all covered with ice.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in these resorts for almost 15 years but we never experienced such a bad supplies like of lack of towels and blankets. They only provided 1 kitchen towel and we requested for few extra and they said they will drop it off that day but did not. They are so stingy with towels and blankets, I’d it because they are trying to save the expense of laundry. May request to not put us in the same condo ever. Thank you .

Mammoth Christmas ski getaway

We stayed in the property after Christmas which is unusual for us, we generally avoid holidays. The condo was older but clean and great for us and our corgi. Snow Creek was responsive to our needs and did a great job with snow removal. I don’t think I was aware the condo was an upstairs unit, that was challenging with the dog but we managed. We were the only people in the four-plex for 4 of 5 days and many other properties were vacant making me wonder why the rental price was 2 to 3 times normal. It was obviously holiday price gouging which is very disappointing. Just because you can does not mean that you should.

I would not stay here again

The door code they provided did not work. After a long drive, it took awhile to find out who to call and then they were slow to respond. They did remotely reset the lock. The wifi was very intermittent. It never was dealt with. We had to end up leaving early as my two kids had schoolwork they needed to do but needed internet access. The property itself is fine, not great, but acceptable. The property management is poor. They are hard to get ahold of, and not very responsive. With all the options in Mammoth, I would never stay at Snow Creek again.

Cozy and Convenient Place

We had a wonderful time at Mammoth at the Snowcreek Resort, Unit #596. Clean and cozy place that was convenient to get to the ski area. Our dog loved the place as well as walking around the area. We also loved having the washer / dryer in the room. It's close to the shuttle and the Vons so that was also nice for us. Thanks again. We will definitely plan on coming back to this property.
