Escape to this cozy, contemporary home nestled in the woods, offering a serene and private retreat just minutes from downtown Bristol, Tennessee and Virginia. With two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this beautifully renovated home blends modern comforts with charming retro details.

The open-concept floor plan is bathed in natural light from walls of windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest surround from the expansive wraparound upper and lower porches. The primary bedroom on the main level features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a one-man jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The private back seating area is perfect for watching the wildlife as you have your morning coffee or an ideal setting for sipping evening cocktails.

The well-stocked kitchen has been recently updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare hearty family meals. Additionally, the kitchen includes an air fryer and a traditional coffee pot for your convenience.

This place was a complete delight to stay at while we went to the NASCAR races. The treehouse was super clean and had everything we needed. Our host was great with communication and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed because we were in town for a wedding. Great location. This property is close to anything you need yet it feels like you are nestled in the woods. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communications with the host were very timely. Would highly recommend.

I had rented this property for a friend of mine who was coming into town to visit. She stated that the property was exactly as described in pictured, and that she was very pleased. She would absolutely stay there again. The communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Could not ask for a better experience.

Our stay in Bristol was wonderful. The location was very clean and it had everything we needed for out stay. The host was very quick to respond when we had a little issue and took care of it right away. This is an excellent location as it is very close to the old downtown of Bristol but very quiet and relaxing. Also it is less that 30 minutes to Abingdon. We would return to this rental if staying in Bristol again.

It was a great place, very unique! The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed watching all of the deer in the yard. The only thing that we found challenging was that the bedroom in the basement didn't have a dresser or closet for hanging clothes. There was a small closet, but the entrance was small and it was hard to get things in and out. Shana was great. She was prompt in responding to our questions and getting in was super easy.

This was a perfect for a romantic getaway! Only down fall, could not use the fireplace but that was not deal breaker. It was perfect!

Fantastic Stay

This treehouse was a fantastic stay! The host Shanna was polite snd made sure our stay was great. Texted us that we could check in 6 hours early which was appreciated. The cabin was clean, amenities new and neighborhood safe. The view is good and the fire pit/patio is nice. Highly recommended, priced reasonable.

This was a wonderful place for our weekend getaway with friends. Very clean, quiet and true to the description. It is located just off a main route through town but feels like you are off the beaten path. Very close to resturants and other points of interest. Prompt response to communication with the owner. We will definately stay again!
You have to try the burger with their home made bacon jam! So yummy!

Bristol retreat

It was very cozy back near the woods. You would have never known you were in a neighborhood. Very cute and clean. The downstairs steps are a little tricky so better for the younger crowd down there but loved the decor. We would stay again
