We loved our stay at the house. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and it was such a treat to be right on Miramar Beach. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The location is excellent and is a really special spot in Montecito. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.”

The property was clean with a pristine view and the location is top notch. A few things the host should consider are stocking Beach Toys for kids (family) & Beach Towels. Also, the outside elevator looks to be a hazard and should be repaired and or closed off, broken metal and rusted sharp pieces. This was a concern since we were traveling with 3 kids. The house is better suited for older kids/ adults since the downstairs unit is not attached. Overall, the house was beautiful and attention to detail with comfort and fully equipped kitchen. The parking was a plus with designated spots. Gabi was very nice to communicate with, we appreciate her in our quick last minute holiday plans when booking the rental.

Another reviewer noted they expected something more upscale for the price paid, and I’d second that. We stay in the Dana Point/San Clemente area frequently and for an equivalent price we stay in much more spacious digs. That said, we’d stay in this rental again. If I break it down to the basics, it more than served its purpose. It was a nice rental on a beautiful beach in a very nice area. The unit was clean and well appointed and Gabi was VERY responsive and easy to deal with. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of basics and the reverse osmosis was a great touch. Two washers and two dryers is GENIUS, especially when a family of four is going through many beach towels every day. One suggestion: screen doors on both the upstairs and downstairs patio doors. The summer evenings were beautiful but leaving the doors open to enjoy the breeze brought in the bugs. We’ve stayed in many places this summer and I’ve suggested that at each one. Maybe too many renters walk through them. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind next time we’re in Santa Barbara. Thanks Gabi

Incredible location on Miramar beach 5 houses away from the Rosewood. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery shopping in Montecito. Great parking for a beachfront house and easy check in and check out and communication with great host Gabi. Excellent guest book with easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. Would absolutely book again.

Wonderful house, wonderful location, and wonderful service. Gabi was friendly and communicative throughout the entire experience. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful beach weekend. The house is very well maintained and it seems the host considers every detail down to having beautiful fresh flowers in a vase!

Ideal stay at the beach!

The house is beautifully redone, well equipped with anything you might need, and the location can't be beat. The ocean is just steps from the door. Look forward to booking it again in a future trip to the area!

We had a fabulous weekend. The weather was great. The beach house was exactly as described. And the pictures were spot on.Our family celebrated a very special birthday all weekend long.Great memories at one of the most iconic beaches in Montecito.We could not have asked for a better place to be.

July 4th Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Montecito beach house over the 4th of July weekend. The location couldn’t be better—right on the sand with stunning ocean views and close to the Miramar Hotel and the lower village Montecito shops and restaurants.! The home was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked,. The outdoor space was perfect and it is where we spent most of the time. Communication with the host, Gabi, was smooth and responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Gabi was wonderful—fast to communicate and very accommodating. The location of the house is absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself didn’t feel as luxurious as we expected for the price. The downstairs room felt more like a cave, and the upstairs bed frame had metal legs that we kept tripping over. For the same cost, you could likely stay at a beachfront hotel with more comfortable accommodations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the unbeatable location made it worthwhile.
