With three large bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a large office, and a media room, this spacious 2361 ft.ÂČ three-level beachfront property is perfect for your family or friends. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the spectacular coastline and ocean views from the two decks offering tons of comfy seating to relax, have a glass of wine, and take in the stunning sunsets and fresh ocean breeze.
This completely remodeled home has an exceptional floor plan starting at the top; the third floor has lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings that create a spacious feel to the property. This vast floor plan combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. It has a cozy couch and a pleasant fireplace providing the perfect ambiance for your evenings spent indoors. The dining area has a huge glass table to fit 10 for a relaxing dinner at home.
The chef's style kitchen is well-appointed with gorgeous stone counters, wood floors, a massive island, and stainless-steel appliances, so you can easily prepare delicious meals while enjoying the ocean views.
The primary bedroom is also on the third floor and boasts a comfortable king-size bed, end tables, a walk-in closet with a full-size washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. In addition, this room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, radiant floors, and a large tub to soak in after a fun day at the beach!
On the second floor, there is a unique space featuring a giant half-round bed overlooking the ocean, adding to the luxurious feel of this beach home. This room is the perfect place for the family to lay around, laugh and play together. There's also an office in this room if you must do some dreaded work! Connecting this area is a jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom extends into the second bedroom with a king-size bed, end tables, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet.
Also located on the second floor is the third bedroom, which has a queen bed, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, and a twin on the top, perfect for a family with children. But wait, there's more! This room has a fun loft with a full bed at the top of the ladder! In addition, this third room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles rather than arbitrary human decision-making.
For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.
