Panoramic View Whiteface, Hot tub, gas fireplace

4 bed, 3 bath mountain retreat, just 3 miles from the Whiteface ski area. Built in 2018, this highly efficient home is full of natural light due to its westerly orientation. Stunning, uninterrupted views of the Stevens range and Whiteface Mountain. Large pane glass allows for panoramic views.

Open floor plan with upgraded amenities including Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, walk in pantry, main floor laundry, beautiful Brazilian chesnut floors, split AC units and gas fireplace.

No parties please

Our home sleeps 10 people. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with king beds. The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair by the window. It also has a sitting area and en suite bathroom.

The guest bedroom upstairs has direct access to the guest bathroom from the room. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. Both upstairs rooms have closets with extra pillows and linens.

There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with queen beds. They share a closet with extra pillows and linens. There is another full bathroom downstairs. All four rooms have luggage racks.

The living area downstairs has a couch that pulls out into a bed. There is a mattress pad with linens underneath the 85" television.

The kitchen is built for people who love to cook. We offer a Wolf Gourmet oven, range, and microwave, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and a kitchen fully outfitted with cookware.

You can listen to music while you cook by connecting your phone to the two Apple HomePods by the upstairs TV.

There are two separate exercise areas. Upstairs, there we have two yoga mats, a foam roller, and a chirp wheel for your back. Downstairs, we have a workout mat and set of dumbbells, ranging from 5 pounds to 20 pounds.

The lower level has a convenient mud room entrance with plenty of storage for gear. There is a hot tub near the entryway.

The detached garage is available in the winter & spring months (November - May). It has space for two cars with plenty of extra room for gear.

The backyard has an open area for games and also a fire pit.

We are located seconds from the Three Sisters Preserve and minutes from Hardy Mountain bike trails, Whiteface Mountain, West Branch of the Ausable River. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to downtown Lake Placid.

In the winter, we recommend entering the home on the ground level. There is an electronic keypad lock to enter the home. We will provide a code before you arrive.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. The guest making the reservation is the Responsible Party. The Responsible Party must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay booked.

STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY:
1. To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. This includes but is not limited to:
- Outside guests who are not listed on the reservation
- Excessive noise or disruption at any time of day
- Alcohol-fueled events, games, or behavior that resembles party activity
2. Violations may result in:
- Detailed reporting of the incident to Airbnb and local code enforcements authorities
- Immediate cancellation of your reservation
- Eviction without refund
- Additional fees for damage or excessive cleaning

REDUCED MAXIMUM CAPACITY ON HOLIDAYS:
1. In order to avoid parties at the house, the maximum number of guests is reduced from 10 guests to 6 guests for the weekends surrounding the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve (January)
- Memorial Day (May)
- Independence day (July)
- Labor Day (September)

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
1. Our home is in a residential neighborhood, which means you will be staying among permanent residents who value a quiet and safe place to live. Being a vacation renter also means being a good neighbor.
2. No music or sound-producing devices outside at any time. This includes playing music indoors that can be heard outside.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. During these hours, please keep voices low and do not use the hot tub after 10 PM.

SECURITY FEATURES:
1. For your safety, we have Blink cameras at all entry points (basement entry, front door). There is also a camera in the garage, where we store additional equipment.

Location, location, location!

Great property conveniently located near Whiteface. View from the house is beautiful. Gas fireplace and hot tub were just what we needed after leaving it all on the mountain. Lake Placid is close by and offers lots to do for families or just an afternoon of shopping with the girls. Communication was great - and the local restaurant and super market recommendations were so helpful. The family is already asking to come back!

The definition of PERFECTION!

Everything about our recent stay was perfect! We were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome note and a basket of goodies. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all the necessities for cooking (along with top of the line appliances). The beds were comfortable, the linens nice and fresh. We found ourselves enjoying the well maintained hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit. Look no further, this is the place for your next getaway!! We look forward to returning here again soon! Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic Whiteface Ski Trip

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home near Whiteface! The location was ideal – just a short drive to the ski area.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house itself is stunning, with an open floor plan and huge windows showcasing the most incredible panoramic views of Whiteface Mountain and the surrounding area. The natural light flooding the home was a real highlight. The kids were mesmerized by the views and so were we!The house is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. Having young children, space is always a premium, and this home had plenty of it. The four bedrooms were spacious and the layout worked perfectly for our two families. The kitchen was a dream and fully stocked, making cooking easy, even for a crowd. Overall, our stay was exceptional. This home provided everything we needed and more for a memorable ski vacation. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable mountain getaway.

The Perfect Family Getaway — Clean, Cozy, and Full of Fun!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO rental in Wilmington, NY! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.The house was spotless upon arrival — the cleanliness truly stood out and made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better either. Tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The kids loved how close it was to the bike and skate park, and stopping by the corner shop for snacks afterward became a favorite little adventure.Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which made settling in even easier. The hot tub was an amazing bonus — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, making for great nights of sleep, and we really appreciated having games available for extra family fun.The house had so much open space, which meant we could all hang out together comfortably, whether it was playing games, cooking, or just relaxing. Being dog-friendly was such a plus too — it was great having our pup with us to enjoy the trip.The kitchen was another highlight. It was so well-equipped that when we spontaneously decided to cook a full Easter dinner, we had everything we needed on hand. Plus, the kitchen appliances were so nice that it made me want to upgrade my own at home!Truly a wonderful stay — we’re already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Wilmington area!
