Minutes from Whiteface Mountain, this modern retreat offers panoramic views of the ski slopes and summit. Flooded with natural light thanks to its westerly orientation and full-pane windows, the home is designed for comfort, connection, and year-round adventure.

Our home is minutes from the best of the Adirondacks:
- The Town Connector Trail and Three Sisters Preserve is right down our street. These trails connect you to the Hardy Road Mountain Bike Trails.
- The Wilmington town park is right across the street. The park includes a mountain bike pump track, skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, and playground.
- The Lake Everest beach is right around the corner. The beach includes a swimming area, volleyball court, and playground. The lake is part of the Au Sable River, which is known for world-class fly fishing.
- Lake Placid is only 20 minutes away
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. The guest making the reservation is the Responsible Party. The Responsible Party must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay booked.
STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY:
1. To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. This includes but is not limited to:
- Outside guests who are not listed on the reservation
- Excessive noise or disruption at any time of day
- Alcohol-fueled events, games, or behavior that resembles party activity
2. Violations may result in:
- Detailed reporting of the incident to Airbnb and local code enforcements authorities
- Immediate cancellation of your reservation
- Eviction without refund
- Additional fees for damage or excessive cleaning
REDUCED MAXIMUM CAPACITY ON HOLIDAYS:
1. In order to avoid parties at the house, the maximum number of guests is reduced from 10 guests to 6 guests for the weekends surrounding the following holidays:
- New Yearâs Eve (January)
- Memorial Day (May)
- Independence day (July)
- Labor Day (September)
- Halloween (October)
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
1. Our home is in a residential neighborhood, which means you will be staying among permanent residents who value a quiet and safe place to live. Being a vacation renter also means being a good neighbor.
2. No music or sound-producing devices outside at any time. This includes playing music indoors that can be heard outside.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. During these hours, please keep voices low.
SECURITY FEATURES:
1. For your safety, we have cameras at all entry points (basement entry, front door). There is also a camera in the garage, where we store additional equipment.
