FLY FISH on the famous Ausable River, only 3/4 of a mile down the road, or drive only 8 miles (12 minutes) to Whiteface mountain for downhill skiing in the Winter, or hiking in the Summer. Relax in the brand new jetted hot tub on the deck while facing the mountains, or sit by the granite fire pit while others man the BLACKSTONE grill- perfect for your next breakfast, lunch, or dinner BBQ.

Walkable to the Jay Town center, where weekly musicals, bands, and plays are put on by the local theater. Play tennis or pickleball at the tennis courts in town, visit the Jay Covered Bridge, a historical attraction, or take a spin/ cycling class or yoga/ meditation classes at Riverside Spin Studio just up the road.

Buy FRESH EGGS and MEAT at my neighbor's farm, Moon Valley Farm, where eggs are packaged daily, and beef, pork, and chicken are born, ethically raised, and slaughtered right there at the farm.
