We had plenty of room. The house is perfect for multiple couples or families. It’s like having 4 private hotel rooms with 2 living spaces and 2 kitchens, plus the private pool and pool house. The kitchens are so well stocked too. The location is great, the house was very clean, and the beach access is just steps from the driveway, we loved that! Mark was so kind, wonderful to work with, and responds quickly to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean house and a perfect walk to the beach. Pool was clean and a great rainy day activity for the kids. Pool house was a hit for dinners and hanging out. Would recommend this place for mid to large size groups.

Absolutely loved this property. Enough space for our large crew. The pool made the whole week worth it. We did enjoy beach everyday. Just a quick walk and you were there. We willBe back.

The house was great for our family. It was very clean, kitchens had all we needed and it was very accessible to everything. It was our first time staying at Fernandina and we plan to go back again next year for our annual family trip! We only had one small issue and that was the lawn. The lawn crew never came to cut the grass and it was a bit overgrown around front entrance, but maybe they came after we left. We had a great experience at Blueberry Dunes and everyone was very courteous and professional.

The perfect place for our large family! The home was designed with guest needs in mind and they nailed it! Plenty of cookware and serving pieces, more spices than ever in a rental, and plenty of seating. The pool and pool toys were so much fun and our high school volleyballer helped us work on our game out front. The beach was just across the street with a boardwalk across the dune area.We loved seeing the “before” photo of the house…definitely a well thought out renovation!

This is a fantastic location and there are so many great features to the house. We loved the multiple kitchens, living areas and beautiful porches to spend time on when we were not on the beach. In addition to the house, having a separate pool house (and of course the pool), was another great feature. I recommend Blueberry Dunes, and if we are in the area with a big group again…I’ll be back!

We chose this house because of the wonderful location and the fun pool house/game room for my kids. We played ping pong, searched for shark teeth on the beach, and explored nearby Fort Clinch and downtown Fernandina Beach. And all this in winter! In summer I imagine it would be even more fun to use the pool. Great house, great location. King size beds a bonus. :)

Love this house last year and loved it as well this year, only thing I would say needs to be changed is the push button door lock on the front door. Door. Had a few difficulties with that.

Great family vacation rental

Perfect place for us and our adult children and families to stay together for beach and family time. Large driveway, proximity to beach and restaurants, well stocked kitchen, king sized beds, games & activities, and baby supplies all made it a great rental for our large family. We wished we knew the pool wasn't heated as it was quite chilly during the week we were there (last week in March).

Awesome House for a big family vacation!!

We loved the fact there were so many bedroom, plenty of bathrooms and lots of sitting room. We especially loved having the pool to have a break from the beach and for some enjoyable after dinner pool fun. We even got to see some turtles, lots of lizards and even met the neighbors, who shared their dog Sammy for the kids to play with. We look forward to another stay.

Wonderful!

The property was clean, spacious, well stocked, and perfectly set up for Families with small dogs. This was the first place we have been at Fernandina Beach in 18 years that we wanted to immediately book for the following year. I would highly recommend it. The owners are great to work with!

great stay for a girls weekend

we had about 10 friends shaing the house for a weekend birthday celebration. the house is great, well stocked and set up worked well. we even did some crafting in the backyard by the pool. location is perfect for access to restaurants, shopping, etc. great house for a group.
