Island Sands is on the onsite seasonal beach service provider – you can rent beach sets and other beach items right on site seasonally

SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER - $900.00, plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).


RULES
- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. A maximum of 8 guests allowed per City and fire code laws. Infants count in guest maximum.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony – smoking areas are only on the 1st floor, please follow signs.
- Parking fee for up to 2 vehicles is included in your reservation.
- Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 8 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $30/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
