Breaker Avenue Beach House

Breaker Ave cottage is located in the friendly Twin Rocks area of Rockaway Beach. It features three bedrooms, a cozy interior, and updated furnishings. The main-level bedroom has a king bed and is next to a full bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a double bed. With over 1,500 square feet of space, there's plenty of room to relax after your adventures.

The neighborhood is quiet and has both vacation homes and people who live there year-round. You can easily access the beach just across the street, about half a block away at Washington Street. This makes it simple to enjoy the sunshine and sand.

There are multiple living areas, each with its own wood stove, perfect for enjoying a fun game night in one room while watching movies in another. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and the cottage includes a full-size washer and dryer. The large outdoor yard is great for kids and pets to play. Additionally, we provide an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

On cool evenings, you'll enjoy gathering around the wood stove and making memories with your loved ones. This charming beach cottage is perfect for families and pets. Imagine being just a short stroll away from the beach, where you can sink your toes into the sand and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. It’s the ideal spot for a fun-filled vacation!

We welcome pets, and to ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please follow these guidelines:
- Wipe your pet's paws before coming inside.
- Ensure your pet is flea-free.
- Take regular “potty” breaks to prevent indoor accidents.
- Keep our furniture pet-free.
- Please do not leave your pets unattended.

There is a bus that travels between Rockaway and Portland twice a day. Additionally, there is a tourist train that goes to Garibaldi, which is quite enjoyable. The town is located approximately three-quarters of a mile away, and the Pronto Pups is about three blocks from the house.
