Breaker Ave is a relaxed, family-friendly beach cottage designed for comfort and easy coastal living. With three bedrooms, two living areas, and a large fenced yard, this home is ideal for families, friends, and pets. Gather around the wood stove after a beach day, rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower, and enjoy being just half a block from beach access. A welcoming, laid-back home base for your Oregon Coast stay.

Guests enjoy self check-in and complete privacy. Our local team is available if questions or issues arise during your stay and can be reached as needed.

The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents and vacation homes. Beach access is just half a block away at Washington Street, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, beach days, and sunset strolls along the shore.


Guests have full access to the home and yard. Street or driveway parking is available. The fenced yard is for guest use, and all interior spaces are private.

While we work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked stay with quality linens, towels, amenities, and responsive support, this is not a brand-new luxury build or cookie-cutter hotel space.

Coastal weather, salt air, sand, and the natural wear that comes with beach homes mean you may notice occasional imperfections or minor maintenance quirks during your stay. Guest safety and cleanliness are extremely important to us, and any true safety or major maintenance concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

If you’re looking for a perfectly polished, ultra-modern luxury experience where every tiny detail is flawless, this home may not be the best fit.
