Guest has access to the entire suite with the exception of our locked closet and the garage.

We prefer to give guests their space but are available if needed.

Guests reserved for 14 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Early Check-in/Late Check Out may be available - This will depend on a few factors. Please ask us for details. Charges may apply.

Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.

Please note that we will have lawn maintenance arrive on a weekly or biweekly rotating basis.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. Deposits may be required for guests, up to $500.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. No usage of illegal substances.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is $50.00/hr.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. No pets.
9. Be sure to place garbage in their appropriate bins.
10. Guests must disclose the reason for their stay and how many people will be with them.

If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $500.
