Unusually spacious for a traditional Paris apartment, well located in a quiet area, close to Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Very comfortable beds, weird bed in a cupboard but worked well. Next door to a great boulangerie and close to Metro stops. Washing machine and elevator were both big attractions for us. Property is well maintained and very accommodating. Highly recommended.
The apartment is located in a wonderful area. Within a block and a half of two metro lines and numerous bus lines. Very safe and very quiet neighborhood with two bakeries close by, a small market across the street and butcher shop across the street as well. Beds were a little hard but not bad. The only concern we had is that the water pressure in shower was a little light but overall give this five stars.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was nicely furnished, plenty of room and great location. Good communication with the manager. Highly recommend for folks wanting to stay in/near the 15th Arrondissement.
Great little place with more space than most Parisian VRBO. We used it as a 1 bedroom though there is a second small room with elevated bed.
All appliances and bathroom/kitchen are modern and well functioning. The bakery and express market store, both across the street, were very convenient. Metro stop around the corner and several cafe/restaurants nearby. We did NOT want to be in the tourist areas but rather live like a French couple for 8 days. But the metro gets you anywhere quickly from here. It was a total chill trip!
Olivier was responsive and helpful when needed, otherwise left us to ourselves.
We needed a place to stay in the week leading up to the Olympics. I was a little worried this flat would be too far from everything. I was wrong. It's very close to two Metro lines and the whole city was less than 15 minutes away. Hotel des Invalides, Champo de Mars, and the Eiffel Tower are all walkable. The flat itself was immaculate and matched the photos exactly. There's a bakery almost right downstairs that opens early. Walking across the street to the next bakery almost felt like too much work.
This flat was absolutely perfect for us! My wife was working the Olympics and I brought my mom for a week. It provided all the amenities we needed and was close to 3 Metro stops, good restaurants and grocery stores/markets. The lift was necessary and worked (which we found out wasn't always the case in Paris...). W/D was a nice amenity and we took full advantage of it. Having the option to eat in also provided to be invaluable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Large screen TV was perfect to watch the Games we didn't attend. The large windows and fans kept it cool, even during the hottest days. The best part is being located above a bakery, we awoke each morning to the smell of freshly baked breads... a true Paris experience! Thank you, Olivier, for being a gracious Premier Host!
Spacious apartment in quaint residential neighborhood
This spacious apartment was everything we could've hoped for to live like locals in Paris for a week. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and made for beautiful evening walks with Eiffel Tower views a few steps away. Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants were very close, as was the Metro which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. The apartment itself was newly renovated with nice modern updates while keeping its old world charm. We loved having the windows open in the evenings. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed including a plug adapter (thankfully since we forgot to bring one!). The beds and living spaces were very comfortable. My only critique would be that each guest is expected to wash the dishes for the next guest, so the dishes and silverware were not very clean and I had to wash everything before and after we used them. Other than that, the place was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early since our flight got in very early in the morning. Overall, we loved the apartment and we think the location is the best in Paris. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
The flat's living spaces, bedroom, and bathroom were clean, but could have been stocked better to be "luxury" as described in the listing. Guests are responsible for washing dishes, but there is no dishwasher. To hand wash dishes, there was one dishcloth that was wet and sour in the drawer and not usable. Since we were not able to properly wash dishes, we ended up buying paper plates, paper cups, and plastic ware. We had to buy paper towels and baking paper to use the oven. One small trash can was in the kitchen with none in the bathroom. There was no extra trash bags provided. There were Nespresso coffee machine on the counter, but no coffee pods, creamer or sugar provided. There are no bath amenities - bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex in the bathroom. Essentially, we had to buy most things for a comfortable week's stay. We took what we brought home with us rather than stocking the flat for the next guest. The host was communicative and easy to reach by email or by phone, which is difficult since we did not have a domestic France phone line. There was no WhatApp capabilities.A neighbor is a heavy smoker. We smelled smoke in the flat most nights. The neighborhood is quiet and close to 2 metros, but it is far away from tourist areas.
The best apartment Iâve ever stayed at in Pairs! Beautiful & Instagram worthy. Perfect location, great host, spacious apartment on second floor with elevator, fresh bakery in same/next building smelled so delicious every morning waking up. Quiet yet, bustling neighborhood. The apartment had everything I needed, full kitchen, dining room, comfortable, and gorgeous living room, two bedrooms, very pretty bathrooms, and an excellent location. The train which you cannot hear from the apartment is just a block away. We rented Electric bikes I went to the Eiffel Tower which is five minutes away by bike, and then tooled around the whole city. All of the restaurants within a few blocks were some of the best food and a hidden secret among the locals. Our host Oliver was great, he met us at the apartment and helped me as soon as I arrived, finding a car service and showing me around the apartment and giving me some good tips for restaurants and things to see. The owners also left helpful tips to get around the city and restaurants to try. Oliver was always available via text or call. The beds were so comfortable and you could tell they were new, luxury linens, and lots of pillows. That really made the jet lag easier. You will not be disappointed in this luxury apartment! I was definitely spoiled in this apartment. You will not find anything like it. I highly highly recommend this a beautiful Apartment to you.
Fantastic apartment, wonderful size and amenities. The location is perfectly situated between two Metro trains or walking distance to quiet a few attractions. Olivier was so friendly and accommodating, wonderful property manager!
We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment (3 adults). Everything is clean and the apartment has a tasteful design. There are several metro stations nearby which makes it perfect for exploring the city.
Quiet, remodeled flat in a 1906 building, well-located in a calm, elegant quartier with easy access to Metro lines 6 and 10. It was roomy for our two-person party, had a very comfortable bed, and we welcomed the separate washer and drier. We did not use the second bedroom or bed. Communication from the property manager was timely, professional, and clear, and his recommendations for nearby restaurants, boulangeries, and coffee shops were helpful and good for our tastes. Very enjoyable!
The host was available to answer all of our questions before and during the stay. He showed us the apartment and answered all of our questions about the area. The place was very clean and perfect for my daughter and me. The neighborhood is close to a few small grocery stores and a boulangerie sits right next to the apartment. The metro is also right around the corner that will take you anywhere in Paris and is very easy to use. The Eiffel Tower is just on the street over, so you can get good night views of the twinkling lights and at any time of the day. The apartment area is very calm and quiet. The only thing was the key not working for at least a minute of trying multiple times. Other than that, it was a fantastic 5-day stay in Paris!
