Guadalupe Getaway has one of the coolest vibes of any pet friendly cabins in South Lake Tahoe. This rustic-modern cabin has a hot tub, gas fire pit and landscaped yard - to name a few highlights! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms you can sleep up to 8 of your family and friends. We can guarantee a good time at Guadalupe Getaway!

Important Info
â This home has a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Wood is not provided, however, we can provide wood and a fire making kit for a small fee. Contact us after you book for details :).
â Parking is tight at this home especially during the Winter. Maximum parking allowed is 2 cars on the driveway only as the garage is locked off for owner storage. We recommend only bringing one car in the Winter as 2 large trucks/SUVs will not fit. 2 will fit on the driveway during the Summer/non-snowy months.

â After you book, we will message you for some additional info. Please check the app often as this is how we prefer to communicate before and during your stay. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement which goes over the local rental laws in more detail as well as other standard house rules. Thank you!
â The total occupancy is for adults and does not include children 5 & under so extra kids 5 & under are welcome. Just make sure there are enough beds for the kiddos!
Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.

After you book with us, we will send you a message with some friendly `get to know you` questions. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign.
Checking In
You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.
Communication
You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
This home is right off Pioneer Trail in the middle of town so easily accessible and close to all of the fun! There are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby. You are less then 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, the casinos/night life, Heavenly Ski Resort and more!

El Dorado Beach - 10 mins
Stateline/Casinos - 15 mins
Zephyr Cove - 25 mins
Camp Richardson - 15 mins
Sierra-at-Tahoe - 25 mins

We recommend having a car. Other transportation options: Car, Uber, Lyft and local taxi. There are several hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Message us for details.
Pet Rules
- Please remember to pick up dog poop. Bags are provided.
- Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (trust us, this is when damage happens).
- Do your best to keep pets off furniture/bedding or there may be a pet hair removal charge.
*You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratch repair.
Vacation Rental Ordinance
We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County`s Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the âAdditional House Rulesâ section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)
