Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied ou à cheval sur la navette gratuite Breckenridge. De plus, vous bénéficiez d'un accès saisonnier à la Columbine piscine et club-house qui comprend des bains à remous intérieur et extérieur et une piscine extérieure chauffée.

Le charmant, récemment rénové de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains premium condo a été et est le choix parfait pour une famille ou un groupe de jusqu'à six personnes. La grande salle de séjour confortable dispose d'une cheminée à gaz et d'une télévision à écran LCD pour un film de détente ou d'attraper le rapport de poudre tôt le matin. Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est une plate-forme fantastique pour profiter de ce que le café du matin ou un verre de vin après-ski. Great location close to the slopes

Very nice place to stay and only 5 minutes walk to the lift. The place had plenty of space for the family and the hot tub and fireplace were a nice touch after a day of skiing.

Super easy in and out. Easy check-in and great hot tub and pool complex! Loved the condo and the front row parking! Walkable to pretty much everything. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Great place and location

The condo is located in a great part of Breckenridge. So easy to walk to the Blue River trail. Nice and quiet while still very close to Main street. We would definitely stay here again

Great location!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a short walk to the quicksilver lift and you can walk to most places on Main Street. The communication was excellent with the management company as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed. They even had a humidifier for each room, which came in handy since we are Floridians. Would definitely stay here again.

First Brackenridge Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was better than the pictures. Decorations, furniture, bedding look in great condition and clean, a lot of extra pillows. The only thing I don't care for is where the laundry location, it's too dark in the laundry room, no exchange coins but otherwise everything is great. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place for Small Family

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 12. The place was spacious and location was perfect for walking to the lift or out to dinner on Main St. Kitchen was well-equipped and shouldn't need any coffee filters for the next year😂. Great value! We will definitely book here again.

Fantastic Accommodations

The best place we have stayed in Breck! The layout was perfect for the family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The location is excellent - close to lifts and Main Street. The complex is quiet and the beds were comfy. The property management group is attentive and quick to respond. We had an issue with the fireplace and they had it resolved in less than an hour. Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful Location!

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. It is in a fantastic location for any activity. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked as expected. The electronic entry lock was exceptional as we never had to worry about carrying a strange key or card. The assigned parking space within the garage was a nice perk. I would love to stay here again either in the Summer or during ski season. Fantastic!

Breckinridge condo

The condo was very nice and spacious. My son loved the window seat and the roof top deck. Upon our arrival, we found a dead squirrel on our covered patio. The office staff promptly came and removed it instead of sending housekeeping. The location was close to the downtown shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We wished that there was an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor. We wished that we had more control over the thermostat. The property did not advise us as to why they preferred us to keep the temperature between 65 and 68. Although I assume it was for energy conservation.

Loved our stay, just a few minor things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in COlumbine 301! The biggest drawback was that there was no air conditioning (or it wasn't working.) With no breezes at night the unit stayed quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, we opened the window on the west side of the dining room and the screen fell in, so we did not open as we have smaller children. Both minor issues, we would rent again..especially in the winter considering the location to skiing. Thanks!

Wish mgmt comp would have told us more about the area.

We’ll maintained and convenient

Booking was easy, location was as shown on the app and this was important to us as we had multiple families who wanted to stay in close proximity. As far as arrival goes, the directions pre-arrival were easy to follow, access was simple. Pre arrival communication was quick and easy. We arrived early in town and were able to communicate with the rental company to quickly get an early check in. Location was just as described on the provided map, and was convenient to the Quicksilver lift, Peak 9. It was a short walk, so ski lockers might be helpful. Also a quick easy walk to the Village. The condo itself is a bit dated, but well kept. There are newer properties nearby, but this is well priced for the space & age. Two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4. The second bedroom has two full size beds, so more could fit. This condo has an exclusive bonus rooftop deck in the trees, which is super cool! Be prepared for three flights of steps if you don’t get that ski locker. And bring change to use the laundry facilities which are in the underground parking garage. The Bathrooms had plenty of space, shower head had good pressure, and there were extra supplies provided, with plenty of towels. Sadly, I must add that the beds did not meet our needs. The mattresses are soft and unsupportive and lumpy. After a long exhausting day of skiing, more support would’ve been much appreciated. Overall, a great place, just needs new mattress

All good except…

Despite this being listed on VRBO, for the second of two payments I was charged a 3.5% fee to use my credit card. My other payment option was to put my bank account info on their website, which I refuse to do. No option to pay through VRBO. No disclosure of the fee when I rented. The condo itself was nicely updated and is in a great location, but I will avoid Summit Mountain Rentals in the future. When the battery in the only smoke detector died one evening we had to wait until the next day to get a replacement but had to install it ourselves. Plenty of other options in Breck.
