-- PARKING--

- Reserved Underground Parking: The rental includes one (1) reserved parking space located beneath the condo building. A guest parking permit must be placed visibly inside the vehicle at all times while parked.

- Additional Parking Space: One (1) unassigned parking space is available outside the condo building on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not guaranteed that an additional parking space will be available. A guest parking permit must also be displayed inside the vehicle when parked in this space.

- Additional Vehicles: Vehicles exceeding the designated parking spaces or larger vehicles that do not fit in a standard parking spot must park at one of the designated overnight pay lots in Breckenridge, such as those located on Airport Road or the Ice Rink Lot. Further information about these lots can be obtained at BreckPark.

- Minimum age to rent: 24
- Maximum occupancy: 6
- Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM
- Full refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival


-- SECURITY CAMERAS --

- This property is equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of guests and property.

- Condo: There is one exterior security camera, which is a doorbell camera facing the front outdoor entry. This camera records video and audio when activated by motion but does not monitor interior spaces.

- Pool, Hot Tubs, and Clubhouse: The Columbine Pool property, including the pool area, hot tubs, and clubhouse, is monitored by multiple security cameras. These cameras record audio and video footage as part of the property's security system.

-- IMPORTANT NOTES --

- Street-level location — easy in and out!
- No air conditioning
- Potential to snow October-May so vehicles with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required. Visit Colorado Dept of Transportation(CDOT) for winter weather driving requirements.
- This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
- Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
- Peak 9 closes Quick Silver Lift mid to late April. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions). Property mountain access details and ski designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.

Review and Acceptance

Guests are encouraged to review the rental agreement prior to completing their booking on VRBO. The rental agreement is available for review at any time including a.) last page of VRBO booking process prior to finalizing your transaction, and b.) please contact the host to receive a copy at any time.

Booking Confirmation

By completing a booking on VRBO, the guest confirms their acceptance of the rental agreement and agrees to comply with its terms and conditions.

Signature Requirement

The rental agreement must be signed by the guest within 48 hours of booking through VRBO. The owner will send the rental agreement via DocuSign shortly after the booking is received, providing a convenient and secure way for guests to review and sign the document electronically.

Additional Information

My spouse is from Colorado, and I'm from a small farming town in Washington State. We enjoy the outdoors—whether it's hiking through scenic trails, fishing in nearby streams, or spending quality time with our dogs and friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this property, captivated by its stunning location and the vibrant town that surrounds it. Breckenridge is such an incredible place, and we both feel quite blessed to be a part of this neighborhood.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location stands out as the top reason for us. Everything we enjoy we can walk to, and this location offers easy access to 4 seasons of adventure.

Another reason is the Blue River. We have a large sitting boulder which we walk to on the Blue -- it is about a 3 minute walk from the condo. This boulder serves as a quiet place for us to relax, read a book, or just listen and take in the sounds of the river beneath our feet. The boulder is in one of our pictures. ;)

The last item I'll mention is a favorite find when putting this condo together -- it is the moose foot rest. we named him Moosie. I hope you enjoy this little guy as much as we do.
