Rénové condo avec de nombreuses améliorations. Projeté dans véranda avec 2 chaises. Air conditionné dans les deux chambres et le salon. WIFI Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

We are so fortunate to reside on the lovely island of Oahu, but enjoy a little staycation every year at Turtle Bay! The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!!!!

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

Vacation rental at Kuilima Estates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented a vacation rental from this facility more than twice and this last unit was the best so far. This unit was clean, all the appliances worked very well, and management staff were very helpful when we had problems getting through the gate when the key code did not work. Will definitely rebook again in the future.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip

Worked well for our family. Was a bit underwhelmed with only one dishwasher pod and one spare toilet paper roll, no shampoo or cream rinse. Made it feel 'cheaper' than it was.

Happiness at the golf course

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, But Condo Disappointed

The location of the condo was fantastic—close to everything we wanted, and the area itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the condition of the condo itself really let us down.Upon arrival, we noticed it was not clean: there was mildew on the shower curtain, thick dust on the fan blades that fell when turned on, and even bugs inside the table centerpiece. It felt neglected and unmaintained.The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work properly—it wasn’t blowing cold air and showed a “clean filter” warning light. We called the after-hours number and were told someone would come the next day. After not hearing anything, I followed up via phone, email, and the VRBO app. I also reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that the front door lock took several minutes of pressing the button before it would finally engage.We eventually received a response the day after that, saying someone had come by but that the A/C unit needed to be replaced, so there was nothing they could do. They also mentioned sending someone for the WiFi and lock. While the door eventually started working (possibly fixed), the WiFi was never resolved—which was a major issue for me, as I was working remotely and had to find alternative solutions.Beyond the maintenance issues, the condo just felt run down: cracks in the walls, broken table leg bases, and chipped or cracked glasses in the cabinets. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of upkeep and cleanliness.

Turtle Bay Condo

We had a great time staying in our Turtle Bay condo. Everything was as stated and the location was great, very central to all things on the North Shore. I originally didn't receive the info for the code to get into the condo and I called and they immediately sent it. The beach at the property is lovely and we were able to see a turtle while snorkeling, as well as several eels and many types of fish. You may want to bring your own snorkel gear or buy it on the island somewhere because renting it at the beach was $50. We ate at both the pool restaurant at the Ritz and Roy's on the beach and enjoyed both. We often drove to the beach and parked instead of walking and we never had trouble finding a spot. We were also able to shop close by and eat at many local spots, some just a few miles away, and everything was delicious!

Only issue we had was dealing with Ghost ants the whole time. They came and tried to treat them while we were there. So property management was trying. But still a pain. Other than that we’d stay here again. Pool is nice. Access to Turtle Bay is great.

Easy check in and check out. Turtle Bay and beaches within walking distance.

Perfect North Shore family rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit North Shore every other year and have stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort and at the privately owned condos on site. This condo was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. Things were clean and up to date. The water in the toilet was running when we arrived. I called it in that night and the next morning while we were out the rubber flap was replaced promptly. No complaints about the rental. The only thing was the pool was closed a few of the days but t that's out of the condos control. Check in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Nice location but too hot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the whole we liked the location, the pool, and the condo worked for us to take care of our 18-month old grandchild. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived and the downstairs air conditioner was turned on but not working. We had a difficult time figuring out how to get all of the fans working, but eventually did and the AC finally worked by the next day. The AC in the upstairs bedroom was never enough to cool it off, but the downstairs bedroom where the baby slept stayed reasonably cool. Other than the cooling system, all seemed fine: a basic condo with easy access to the pool and beach.

This one could use a bit of TLC

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was spacious. The location is great, and no concerns with the overall experience at turtle bay. But, Being greeted by a roach you know is bound to happen being in Hawaii but still not amazing to see right away. There was an insane amount of tiny spiders and I called the office and left messages more than once and no one called me back. One of the beds was broken and very uncomfortable for anyone over the age of 12. The house was very dusty and dirty and the fridge leaked the whole time. We had two condo units rented at the same time. This one was bigger but not nicer by a long shot,
