Rénové condo avec de nombreuses améliorations. Projeté dans véranda avec 2 chaises. Air conditionné dans les deux chambres et le salon. WIFI Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Vacation rental at Kuilima Estates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented a vacation rental from this facility more than twice and this last unit was the best so far. This unit was clean, all the appliances worked very well, and management staff were very helpful when we had problems getting through the gate when the key code did not work. Will definitely rebook again in the future.

Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

Turtle Bay Condo

We had a great time staying in our Turtle Bay condo. Everything was as stated and the location was great, very central to all things on the North Shore. I originally didn't receive the info for the code to get into the condo and I called and they immediately sent it. The beach at the property is lovely and we were able to see a turtle while snorkeling, as well as several eels and many types of fish. You may want to bring your own snorkel gear or buy it on the island somewhere because renting it at the beach was $50. We ate at both the pool restaurant at the Ritz and Roy's on the beach and enjoyed both. We often drove to the beach and parked instead of walking and we never had trouble finding a spot. We were also able to shop close by and eat at many local spots, some just a few miles away, and everything was delicious!

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

Worked well for our family. Was a bit underwhelmed with only one dishwasher pod and one spare toilet paper roll, no shampoo or cream rinse. Made it feel 'cheaper' than it was.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip

Happiness at the golf course

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the home was nice, it is missing several items to be a real VRBO. As a vacation rental owner ourselves, we found it very disappointing that:1) No basics supplied. No salt, pepper, sugar, basic spices, cooking oil, shampoos, etc. The remote location added to the frustration of having to find a store and add these items (items that would last through several renters) to our shopping list...like we'd (or anyone) go through a small container of salt or sugar in 4 days.2) As a destination location, no consideration to supply items like beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards etc. We've rented at other locations on the islands, and they've always included stuff like this (even the neighboring units had these items for their guests). We even had one location that provided snorkel gear for their guests.3) Arriving to an extremely hot home was ridiculous. You know folks are coming, turn the AC on to welcome them to a nice environment, instead of a sauna.When we called the property management company to ask if they provided salt, pepper, sugar, etc, the

The comforters could use a GOOD wash or be replaced. The patio was dirty and the furniture really worn and uncomfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear!!!A/C units are new!!! Easy check in and check out. Turtle Bay and beaches within walking distance.

Reviewer Comments: First of all, the accommodation itself was great and we enjoyed vacation staying.Originally we stayed another condominium, but wash machine was out of order. So we had to move to this condominium.Most disappont was the management company service quality. It was terrible as late response, no refund, etc... Honestly I love kuilima estate in turtle bay, but all of you should confirm about condition of property directly to the management company, even though beautiful photos on website.

Perfect North Shore family rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit North Shore every other year and have stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort and at the privately owned condos on site. This condo was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. Things were clean and up to date. The water in the toilet was running when we arrived. I called it in that night and the next morning while we were out the rubber flap was replaced promptly. No complaints about the rental. The only thing was the pool was closed a few of the days but t that's out of the condos control. Check in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back.
