Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propri��té de condo situ�� sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit id��al pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et �� une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. We were here for storm #1 on Oahu, so experienced no electricity for 36 hours. We bought a cooler & ice, used our cellphones for light and were fortunate to have hot water-- so it was like camping. Nice location on North Shore. Because of power outages, we think lock codes for gate were re-set, and had to figure out how to access pool when it opened. Set-up was great for parents and then two teens in the loft. Screening on lanai was damaged so mosquitoes got in a bit too aggressively. As warned-- the condo cleaning team only provides a starter supply for paper towels & toilet paper. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, coffee filters, salt & pepper, plastic wrap. We didn't need to use the AC, since there's a breeze with the doors opened.

We had a great stay. Was a perfect set up for our family and excellent location for us. Weather was not cooperating, but all good. We were happy to be back to hawaii where we once lived. There are some issues with the home that the owner should know about. Couple of small things. The stopper in the upstairs bath room in the bowl sink is broken and just propped there, needs to be replaced. Upstairs louver in the loft, the one towards the floor is now able to open, the handle needs oil and adjustment. Lastly, there is a lot of standing water under the fridge that is warping the flooring in front of the refrigerator. The downstairs bath vent does not vent and lastly the screen door in the front the piston needs to be changed. Takes forever to close and at the last minute it slams shut. Not so nice for the neighbors who are great by the way. None of that effected us, but please pass along to the owner so he knows and can address if he wishes. We had a great time and will be back. Great for families

My family and I stayed here on our recent vacation and really enjoyed the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was a few steps from the front door, and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. A few updates could be made to the house, but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We did have to go buy pool/beach towels as there were only 3 in the unit but there were plenty of shower towels. The location was great, close to the Turtle Bay restaurants as well as food trucks and a Foodland a few minutes up the street. There were several beautiful beaches we went to within a 10 minute drive and it was an easy drive to explore the island.

Loved our stay!

We loved this location and we really enjoyed our stay. The boogie boards were all broken when we arrived but we purchased two during our stay and left them there for the next guests to use. The tv in the main living area had some issues and it took forever to change the channel but the one in the master bedroom worked great. The mattress in the master wasn’t the comfiest and could probably use an upgrade. We appreciated the extra beach towels to use and loved having a washer & dryer.

Comfortable arrangement for 2 friends traveling together , with bed and bath downstairs and another in the loft. Unit needs a little updating, There was a bad smell upon check in. We opened all the windows but it still didn't fully dissipate over 2 days, especially in bedroom next to front door. Bug spray? Lanai was not comfortable. Not enough space for all the furniture and plants, misc that was there. Kitchen adequately stocked. Good location and parking situation. Decent rental rate, but fees are high so it nearly doubled the cost of a 2 night stay.

We didn’t stay in the property listed because it was undergoing maintenance so we were moved to a different condo. I can only speak to the one we stayed in. Condo was good for a family because there were a lot of beds, full kitchen, and nice ground level patio. Location was great, parking convenient, we visited the turtle bay beach by the Ritz Carlton for good swimming and snorkeling. We drove to a bunch of different beaches (Waimea, sunset beach) which were very nice sand, waves were good for surfing, but not good for small children as there were some days you couldn’t get in the water at all. Kids loved the pool and there is a BBQ.We had an issue with our water heater, but I called the facility and they fixed it within the day. I loved how attentive they were.One of the only negatives I would state are the lack of amenities available in the actual condo. No sand toys, beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc., for the beach. I rented all these separately through a third-party. The condo itself is pretty bare bones as far as utensils, knives, no can opener, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, only one almost gone box of tissues, etc., but had enough that we still enjoyed our stay. I also didn’t like that the front door doesn’t have a deadbolt so anyone with a code could get in, and my small kids could get out. We would definitely come back here, but if I were the renter, I would add a few more amenities that tourist cannot travel with as listed above to make this even more enjoyable.

Turtle Bay 1 bedroom and loft Requires TLC

Owner neighbor was unhappy with our screen door slamming shut as spring return unit is worn and screen door does not fit door frame properly. All three smoke detectors were missing, glass windows in loft wouldn’t close as handles require adjustment. Room safe did not work as batteries require replacement. Downstairs bathroom requires handle adjustment as it was loose. Generally quiet location and unit functional but missing amenities that we are accustomed to at typical 3-Star time shares. Disappointed for the price point.

The 2nd floor is extremely hot and no AC units on second floor. My daughter and nephew did not seem to care about the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach. The sunrise at the beach is beautiful. The property is missing smoke detectors and has a running toilet on the first floor. The front door slams when you try to close it. The next-door neighbors do not like that it is a rental property and can come across rude. we enjoyed the kitchen and had breakfast every morning. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to lots of restaurants and food trucks.

Its obvious the owners have put a lot of attention to details and have created a beautiful and complete vacation home experience. Everything we needed was there. It was nice and clean and there were ample linens and towels, all stark white and perfectly clean. The photos do not do this unit justice, and the views out the windows and screen porch are of pristine nature. We spent more time on the screen porch than expected because it was just so peaceful and relaxing. A big thank you to the homeowners and the staff (who we never had to meet due to easy contactless checkin processes) because their efforts still showed in every inch of that condo. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone. Its a quick easy walk to Turtle Bay restaurants, sunset bar, and beaches. Easy to park, secure gated entrance. So close to all fun things on the northshore, yet just far enough away to not be living in the high traffic areas. Just a perfect experience for us. THANK YOU!

Although this condo is a little outdated, it was still very comfortable and a great value for the price. My major recommendation to the homeowners would be to fix the faucet in the shower, it is loose and makes getting the right temperature a little work.

The place can actually accommodate 7 people (one queen, 3 twin beds in the loft and pull out sofa in the living room). The Turtle Bay Area is beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment and utensils we needed to have a meal in. There was so much room for a 1 bdrm condo. More sleeping areas than needed. We were lazy and didn't want to climb the stairs to the loft so opt to use the pull out sofa. I can't say enough good things about this condo. Also, the extra floor fans were much appreciated in the loft area, even though there WAS a ceiling fan up there...the extra fans came in handy! We would definitely stay in unit 151 again!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived after 9 PM so it was a little difficult to find the right condo as the tiny sign is hard to see at night. The condo was clean enough and as pictured. There was some confusion as to whether there was 1 or 1.5 bath and the wifi. The rental contract said 1.5 baths and wifi and if this is one of the things that makes a difference for you it has 1 bath at lower all fairness it was correctly advertised. We went for my niece's graduation from BYU and I found myself doing a BBQ for all my other family members(they were staying in Waikiki Hotel)and some of her friends. The condo was well equipped with bowls serving trays etc. I had to buy a brush for BBQ sauce and left it for the next person. It was a very comfortable homey environment and all went great. The snorkeling at Turtle Bay was fabulous and we ate at one of their restaurants and it was pretty good. My main gripe was the key to the pool gate. It did not work on my gate but it did work on the one opposite gate on the other side which would not have been such a big deal if I wasn't carrying trays full of ribs and burgers. The next day they were cleaning our pool and we were sent to the next closest pool to finish items left to BBQ and our key did not work there either. If you intend to cook the only condiments or seasonings are salt and pepper. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and none of my guests wanted to leave.

Beautiful condo that has everything you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this place. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The stuff at the condo were very friendly too. We had family of six and it was comfortable stay like your own home. We would definitely come back if we have a chance.

Clean and spacious condo

Reviewer Comments: Clean and spacious condo. nice location. 15 min from TB resort and beach by walk. only small problem is no wifi. but we asked neighbors for the password of their wifi and problem was solved. everything other was perfect.
