A must-visit location! Owl's Nest Resort is centrally located two minutes off of I-93. Located in the heart of the resort, this home can comfortably sleep 8 (6 adults max) and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. This home is great for entertaining the whole family and gives you direct access to all that the resort has to offer! This home is under 30 minutes away from Waterville Valley, Loon Mtn, & Cannon Mtn! There are also many close access points for a day on the Pemi River!
Located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of the resort, this home has all that you might need. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace, smart TV, with direct access to the dining room, and kitchen area. Also off of the living room is an office for any remote work, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub, large shower, and walk-in closet. On the second floor are three bedrooms (1st bedroom- two twins, 2nd bedroom- one queen bed, 3rd bedroom- one twin/full bunk bed - kids only) and one full bathroom to share. Along with the countless entertaining spaces within the home, there is also a large deck with a grill on the back of the house, beautiful views of the 8th hole, and a two-car garage.
This home is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

During your stay, youâll enjoy full access to all Owlâs Nest Resort amenities.
Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center
Youâll receive a key card that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round.
Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy.
Golf & Racquet Sports
Owlâs Nest features a public 18-hole golf course, and you can also enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts.
There are several on-site restaurants to enjoy, as well as the WellNest Spa offering a range of treatments.
220 Volt electric car chargers are available for use in the resort.
