2nd Level of the Home:

Explore luxury on the main floor with four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs. The primary bedroom features a King-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) and private balcony access, while the secondary bedroom offers another King-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) bed. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) bed, and the fourth is ideal for children with two twin-sized beds.

The heart of the home is its expansive, open-concept kitchen and living area with top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a large Smart TV with cable. Board games are provided for indoor entertainment, and a nearby half bathroom adds convenience. Accessible from both the kitchen and living room, the balcony overlooks the pool and bay, inviting guests to enjoy the stunning views.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. All pets need the property manager's approval before the reservation can be finalized.
