We had an excellent week long stay at the property. The house was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The under house entertainment space was great as well as the generous indoor space. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped including coffee and tea for guests. We also had a great time at the mini golf place within walking distance. No trouble with the area or neighbors. It was a great home base for the 4 golf courses we played during our stay. The host was very communicative and made sure our stay was the best it could be. We highly recommend this rental.

The house was very clean, they provided games and water activities for things to do in our downtime. The layout of the house was very nice with 4 bedrooms and three full baths, we had 7 baths people with us for this trip and we never felt cramped. The ocean is a very short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc a very short drive away. Would highly recommend this property. Check in and check out we’re a breeze and everything was well communicated it was nice that there were no surprises as I’ve had with other properties.

Great stay for a group of friends on a golf trip. Place was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Shannon was amazing with communication, and gave great suggestions and advice along the way. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed in.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this well maintained and cozy home! Easy access to the beach and close to Barefoot Landing! The touch stay app the host uses has all of the information you’ll need in one place at your fingertips! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Property and fantastic host!

We stayed for a softball tournament with family and friends. The place was clean and better than described. The king size beds and rooms were super cozy and clean. Great parking and lots of room and ammenities. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would definately return for our next visit.

This home was so clean and close to the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and the guidebook that the owner provided was very helpful in the entire process. Communication with the host was great. Will definitely be staying there again.

This place is amazing. Very clean, very accommodating, and felt like home. The beds are comfortable. They have games to keep you entertained. The firepit was amazing to have outside on the cool day. Definitely a home away from home.

Annual Family 4th of July Trip

Property inside and out was just as described on listing. The house was very clean and inviting. The location was perfect for our needs. A short walk to the ocean and even shorter ride by golf cart. We loved the outdoor seating and games. Communication with the owner was great! We can’t wait to rent again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Kings on Madison! The house was exactly as described and our communication with Shannon could not have been any better. She answered all of our questions so quickly and even gave us a call to ensure our check in was smooth. It was just such a lovely touch. I couldn’t recommend this property more! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This home was in a great location, very quiet considering such a location. The house was so well equipped with everything a family needs. Everything made this home so comfortable and welcoming. Stunning Oasis

Wow wow!! Where do I start. From the beginning from booking to check-in and check out host Shannon was the absolute best. Very accommodating and patient. The home was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home is very spacious for a small family. We have eight adults with us and we’re very comfortable. Will definitely reserve this location again in the future. Top tier!!
