This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

We loved the layout of the house and the hot tub was so nice. The fact you could sit in the hot tub and hear and see the beach was perfect for a winter vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach house vacation rental was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property if you want to have a great vacation. The beds were the best felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hot tub was awesome we got in it almost every night lol. Had everything we needed to cook with. only thing was the grill was out of propane didn’t notice till the last night cause we was gonna have ourselves a cookout before we left. Other than that everything was perfect the house was in a great location the check in staff were happy and professional. 10 out of 10 will definitely rent this beach house again..

Great location, timely property managers, needs owner attention

Location was great, probably the best property management team we’ve encountered, but the owner needs to address many items. Floor, ceiling fans, fridge, power outlets, kitchen, etc… a little investment and updates and this could easily be a 5 star rental.

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Clunky but near beach

Checkin involves having to go by a separate location. The house was okay but oddly laid out and sparse with things like toiletries and kitchen equipment

Golf Trip

Nice beach access. Was told to be careful at night by several people. possibly rent again. Beds comfortable . Master shower needs a shelf? no where to put soap or shampoo . Close to Golf courses.

Great location!

Great location and great size for a big family! only issues we had were the strong mold smell in the house, the clothes washer spin cycle doesn't get much water out so we had to run it three times and the floors didn't get cleaned well before we arrived. also just for reference, there is no crockpot, for whoever is wondering. overall though, fit our needs and being able to walk down to the beach was what we loved the most.

Great quiet place for a vacation. But convenient to everything

The property was nice! Had a musty order when we got there but bought so air fresheners and it was fine. The only complaint is it would have been nice to have some extra towels and blankets. Overall great place. We had 8 people and 1 guests one night. There was plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all shops and restaurants.

Overall, nice property

We really enjoyed our time and the space was perfect for our group. There were a few minor construction things that haven't been completed, we even found a punch list in the garage. We were happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location was perfect. The cooking utensils were not organized at all, so we had to open every cabinet to find what we needed. There also isn't basics like salt and pepper so plan on bringing stuff from home or making a grocery trip. We'd stay again though, with a little more preparation.

Reviewer Comments: This was a EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I will give 5 star rating there was plenty of room and everything we needed in this home game room included. We didnt need to purchase anything but the food we cooked.If I have to leave any suggestions I would say the game room didn't get much attention from the cleaning crew and I stepped on a fishing hook. Thank the lord for shoes. The process was very easy with check in check out! This was home away from home and we will return and stay longer next time.

Small problems but cured quickly.

First off I normally don't leave reviews for anything but this one deserves it. When we first arrived the hot tub was not able to be used because of being dirty. I informed the company taking care of the property and when we returned from golfing the next afternoon it was taken care of and ready for use. Then on Thursday when we returned from golfing the house felt warm but I wrote it off to being an older AC and just couldn't keep up with the heat of the day. When we returned the next afternoon the house was really hot and I realized that the outside unit wasn't running. I contacted the after hours phone number and got a callback within 10 minutes and 30 minutes later a technician was there to take care of the problem. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!! Highly recommended place to stay. I will be back.
