This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat it as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Very nice condo overlooking the beach. The rooms were clean and the furniture was comfortable. Elevators are fast and only a couple of doors away from the condo. Looking forward to another opportunity to stay here.

Great location

Location was perfect for family not too crowded. Pool was small and only 3ft. Communication with owner was fantastic and they were very quick to respond and help. Condo was clean (carpets need cleaned) and homey! Appreciate the stay!

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. However, check-in process was not as smooth as should have been. ID verification was requested the day before departure and was completed online and approved. On the day of arrival, we received a message that the ID verification had failed and the same info was requested again. Since we were driving, this became a difficult process. It also did not help that we were dealing with a Chatbot and could not connect to a real person. All this delayed our arrival at the property. Check-in code was finally received about 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in. All of this could have been resolved quicker if we could have spoken to a real person. The second day of the rental the garbage disposal did not function as it should and clogged the kitchen sink. We were not able to unclog so contacted the Chatbot, which was very helpful and did resolve the problem by having owner send a plumber 1st thing the next morning.On the third night the fire alarm went off and the building had to be evacuated at 3am. Fortunately it was a false alarm. However, according to the security guard, this is a reoccurring problem with the alarm system.Rest of the stay was uneventful and very enjoyable. We were disappointed that the lazy river was unusable for the kids and had been that way for a few weeks. Would have been nice to know. Also, the Chatbot told us to bring our own tubes, which we were told at the property we could not use.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. The pool and lazy river were great and the people who were working there in all capacities were kind and friendly. It's a great place to stay.

This was a great unit! Location was ideal being right on the beach and unit was very clean and stocked up. Would definitely stay here again!

Our check in was a disaster. We did not have the correct parking passes and arm bands for the complex. I contacted the host and was told to get them at the POA office. Thas was also incorrect. The POA manager felt sorry for our situation, and contacted the owner at closing of their office and gave us the correct parking passes and arm bands. I contacted the host several times at the time of check-in and did not get a text back until after 5:30 PM. The POA office closed at 5:00 and did not reopen until Monday June 1 which was our checkout. If it wasn't for the kindness of the POA manager we could not have checked into the condo. I asked for a partial refund but has not heard a work. It is my opinion that you need to find a new host. I was told by the POA office that they had trouble with this company.

We just loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited. Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area.
