This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful view

The property has a great view, we enjoyed our vacation, the kitchen is a plus, but it was not clean, other than that Everything was good.

Great place

Pros: great beach view, clean, fast elevators, nice pool and hot tubs, fun live music in the evenings, lovely beach that wasn’t over crowded Cons: beds are hard, I wouldn’t let anyone sleep on that sofa bed unless they were very light as you can feel all the coils in it, there wasn’t enough bowls/cutlery in the kitchen for all 8 guests so meal time was rather annoying. Overall great place.

Great Condo!

The condo was great! The location was perfect for what we wanted. The beach was less crowded due to the empty lot next door, so that was nice. We did have some issues with the TV the last day as it would cut in and out or a big delay. It was the same on the TV in the bedroom so our thinking it was the server. I think the condo could use a good cleaning of the carpets/floors/bathrooms and some painting. But overall we were pleased with the condo!

Keep your expectations in line!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is FABULOUS!! The elevators are quick! The unit we were in was ok! We had an incredible multi generational trip! Adjust your expectations! All is not perfect! We found the unit for 8 was not equipped for 8 in the kitchen. Not enough bowls, the silverware was lacking and the knives were a total joke and completely useless (we bought some) the crockpot is from the 1970’s and had no lid making it useless (we bought one) the tea kettle was a joke! The lid was missing the piece you use to open it and the spout cover was broken off. The largest frying pan was 6-8 inches...try cooking eggs for 7 in a 6-8 inch frying pan. There was an espresso maker but it was useless as it had missing pieces and the coffee maker sure didn’t like to brew a pot of coffee with out exploding and making a mess. We were left with too few towels, hand towels and wash cloths... they brought us 4 additional bath towels after a call with a very rude woman! The disposal side of the kitchen sink was completely stopped up and stinky on day 1, it took until late the next day for it to be fixed. Clean is a spectrum...the bathroom floor grout has likely never been cleaned...it’s black, inside the closet & around the potty it’s a light grey. Couches are stained. The place could use a deep DEEP cleaning as well as some minor repairs, the ceiling from the dining area to the living room has a big crack in it, the drapes in the main bedroom are in need of replacing, they are torn/worn in many areas which allows light in, bathroom in main bedroom has ceiling water damage, light fixtures and fan/vents are in desperate need of a good scrubbing as is the closet door that has mechanical stuff in it between the front door and the living room, screws sticking out of the wall in the main bedroom. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable and the room with the bunk beds is TINY! It has no closet so is not really a “bedroom” Hou

Great Condo. Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in Boardwalk Condo 808. We always enjoy Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill by the pool. Good food and if we want to buy lunch, we don't have to leave the property.We did have issues getting the code to work when we arrived but we called the after hours number and the lady fixed the code and gave us a new code and it was fine the rest of the trip. I had 2 different phone numbers, 1 in the confirmation email and 1 in the link to my trip they sent via text and they listed 2 different numbers for after hours so it was confusing which number to call but I finally got someone to answer on the main number.The condo was great. Just like the pictures. We loved the bunk room just inside the door. There was only 4 of us so we didn't have anyone sleep there. It made a great place to store our beach gear without having to drop sand all over the condo.Condo is on Thomas Drive so in a more quiet area that Front Beach Road.Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying in Boardwalk 0808. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us staying here. We loved the location as it was central to everything that we wanted to do and see. The only thing that I could say would have improved our experience was better kitchen accessories because we do a lot of cooking when we go to the beach. But overall, we had a great week!

Over all okay experience.

Reserving the condo was a breeze. Location was perfect. My final payment was never directly pulled from my account I had to call to have it pulled out. I was given 2 different conformation numbers. One on the website and one from were I paid the ending balance. I called to ask some questions about the condo rules and WIFI. I spoke with a woman I think she said her name was Kimberly. She was very rude and kept talking over me. She would not talk to me because she said she I didn't not have the right conformation number but did not want to hear me out when I told her I had 2 different numbers. I eventually hung up on her because I couldn't get one word in. I called back to speak to someone else and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Once my family got to the condo after a 13 hour drive. We found several things wrong. The master bathroom toilet ran THE ENTIRE TIME we stayed (5 days), the dryer hose was not connected to the dryer due to it being to close to the wall, causing the dryer to not work properly, the 2 bedrooms amour door was broke and all of the vents were covered in mold. Someone came and put the smashed hose half on the dryer. I pulled the dryer back out and straightened the hose out the best I could so my clothes didn't take 3 hours to dry. The vents were wiped off in the livingroom but that was the only room. I wiped the rest off myself. Sadly the toilet was never fixed and I complained about it 2x. The amour was never fixed either. Also when we checked in there were dirty q-tips all behind the trash can. I hate to complain but I paid a lot of money for this vacation and I feel like some of these things would/could have been prevented if you had/have a better cleaning crew.

Great experience in condo C808! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property and the condo looked just like the pictures!! Check in was super easy and the view from C-808 was GORGEOUS!! The only issue we had was very minor-a broken toilet. They sent someone to fix it within 20 minutes of us reporting the issue, on a Sunday. Just an FYI to those that either need to be able to work or care about tv...cable did not work in the master bedroom or living room most of the time and the WiFi was sketchy at best. Security was a little intimidating at first, but they did not bother us at all the whole time we were there and we even made friends with a few of them, but we also followed the rules. Condo was clean, cute, and well decorated! No complaints, had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!!

Beat my expectations by a mile!

The property and condo both very nice. Our condo was exceptionally nice with very beachy and nice, welcoming decor. The view is breathtaking! Everything you need is right there close by. The resort security is definitely on thier game as well. I seen them kick people out of the pool and hot tub area many times during my stay for whatever reason. My only complaint is the fact that they do not allow floats of any type in the pool. Not even kids with floaties. I think that is way going way overboard and should definitely be rethought. Other than that I loved it!

In Love and cannot wait to this same unit next year!!!!

This was our first time at Panama City Beach. We fell in love with this condo and the resort and cannot wait to book this same unit next year! It was everything that we had hoped for. Everything is exactly as pictured!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!! The condo is clean, lots of room, everything worked perfect, the beds are VERY comfortable! The view from the balcony is unforgettable!!!!

Lovely place and view needs a few small touches

Nice place and we enjoyed it very much!!! I would highly recommend the owner have package of condiments and salt and pepper provided for guest... It's been provided at other condo's and cabins we have rented. Was very surprised and disappointed we had to go buy salt, pepper, sugar and cream packets for our coffee...Also would be nice to have mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup ... We have had small packets of these like you get at restaurants provided and it's nice not to have to bring or go buy ....
