Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony, and outdoor spaces. The backyard offers direct river access for kayaking, floating, or simply relaxing by the water. Convenient self check-in is provided via smart lock, and parking is available across the street.

Dogs only (sorry, no cats) – maximum of 2 per booking, with fees.

Stay within the property boundaries
Wear collar with ID and rabies tag
Be well-behaved and non-aggressive
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Non-refundable pet fees/deposits apply. Unregistered pets will incur additional charges.
