The main level has 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. One has an on-suite bath, and the other has a full bath across the hall. The second level downstairs takes you to the Canyon Sky deck and pool area. Downstairs also meets you with the main master bedroom with king bed and full bath and a relaxing, 8 jet hydrotherapy tub. There is another large bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom and an attached bonus "bunk room" with bunkbeds and Play Station 4, with games. All bedrooms have new flat screen TV's and most have DVD players. The home is beautifully decorated and luxurious linens, pillows and bedding are provided.

Entrance

No fumbling with keys. Canyon Sky has an open front patio area with keyless entry system. Inside, the immediate view of the lake is awesome! The first-floor level has stunning lake views. There is a jet ski on the front entry deck with backdrop picture of Canyon Lake just waiting to have its picture taken! The open concept layout has plenty of space and is freshly furnished throughout. Decorated charming country chic and comfortable. The gas fireplace gives the home a cozy, comfy feel, especially on those occasional chilly Hill Country evenings. The living room is open and bright with the natural light streaming in through the large windows and a smart 55" TV (with cable & DVD player) and Bluetooth sound bar that you can enjoy your own music on. An adjoining game room with foosball and gaming tables will keep you entertained indoors.

Sky Lounge & Pool

The Canyon Sky deck is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise across the lake. At night, sit back with a glass of wine and watch the Milky Way appear as the moon reflects off the water of the lake. Sit at the bar made of repurposed wood from a 1940's wooden hospital in Seguin & enjoy a beverage. Enjoy the 2nd story private saltwater pool overlooking the lake for a swim!

Silo Outdoor Kitchen & Bar

Put on your apron and fire up the grill in the repurposed grain Silo outdoor kitchen. This is a great place to spend time with friends and slow smoke a brisket on the brand new Smoker or BBQ for the family or maybe hamburgers for lunch! Three different grills for your pleasure to choose from.
