Conveniently situated next to the Balboa Parking Lot, our home features everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable beach vacation.
This unique property consists of two separate apartments with a connecting door, providing flexibility for larger groups or multiple families:
APT D (2 Bedroom, 1 Bath) – Spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
APT E (2 Bedroom, 2 Bath) – Larger layout with added convenience, great for those looking for extra space.

Prime Beachfront Location: Just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and Balboa Pier.
Walk to Everything: Enjoy the convenience of being just 5-15 minutes away from 40+ restaurants, shops, the Balboa Fun Zone, and boat rentals.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules for Noise, Occupancy, smoking, etc.
- This property is located on the second floor of a building above an ice cream and Bike Shop.
-Bicycles are not allowed on property. We provide a discount to the bike rental shop downstairs. Unfortunately there is nowhere to store bikes on this property.
-All personal belongings must be removed from the shared/common patio when not in use. That includes towels, coolers, beach, chairs, etc. they must go inside the unit.
-You must climb a set of stairs to access the apartment
-No Parking is included at this home. Guests must park in the balboa pier lot (paid) or (free) street parking if available.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
