Brand new construction and extremely clean. Large kitchen/dining/living room that was perfect for our group. The location is ideal for Penn state football with easy access to the stadium without traveling through town. Highly recommend for families or groups traveling for a game.
This was a great property and location. Near airport but was not affected by flights (small airport). Convenient and easy to get to Penn State campus, especially the Bryce Jordan Center for sonâs graduation. Property is new construction so very modern and clean. Host was accessible and accommodating. Appreciated the amenities- well stocked coffee bar, quality linens, quality dishes/cooking utensils. Will stay here again if there is a need to be in State College again. The only minor suggestion is a larger sectional or another comfortable chair in the living room.
Beautiful, new townhouse. Well equipped, well maintained, and clean. Great location to get to Beaver Stadium (particularly the North route). The CATA bus system doesnât have a route out this way as far as we could find, but Uberâs were a convenient alternative. The proximity to the airport didnât bother us at all - it isnât a very busy airport. The host was very kind and responsive to any questions, both prior to and during our stay. In summary - Highly recommended!!
Everything went very well. House was in great condition and clean. And proximity to stadium, etc was great for us.
The only pieces of feedback I would give were there were a handful of things that were missing. Not sure if we missed this in the listing but nonetheless. There was nothing to clean with in kitchen, dish soap (The small bottle was mostly empty ) or otherwise. No garbage bags in kitchen. And no there was no extra toilet paper except for the master bath. The roles that were there when we arrived were apparently very low. And there were no instructions on what to do with the sheets from the beds. We couldnât find anything in the booklet. As we have rented in state college for a number of years through other rental providers, weâve always been asked to strip the beds and keep everything on the side.
I would definitely look too rent again for next yearâs whiteout weekend. The only catch for us is getting the right number of people to share in the cost.
Thanks
