This new townhome located in the Harvest Meadows community is situated right off of Fox Hill Road, in Benner Township just minutes from the Penn State Airport. It is located 7 min (4 miles) from Beaver Stadium, and 9 min from Penn State University (4.6 miles).

This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to in State College, you’re no more than 15 minutes away.

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked garage door for our cleaning staff supplies - please do not try to access these during your stay. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway.

Driving: Beaver Stadium and Penn State’s main campus are just 4 miles (10 minutes by car). Downtown State College, shops, and restaurants are also under a 15-minute drive.

Public Transit: The CATA bus system has stops within walking distance of the property, providing direct routes to campus, Beaver Stadium, and downtown.

Walking: Everyday essentials are close by. Neighborhood sidewalks make it safe for a stroll, and green spaces are within walking distance.

Biking: The property connects easily to State College’s bike-friendly roads and paths. Biking to campus or downtown typically takes 15–20 minutes. However, note that roads connecting from the neighborhood to campus do not all have bike paths.

Air Travel: State College Regional Airport is only a 2-minute drive, offering convenient regional flights.

This location is ideal for visitors who want easy transit options whether they’re driving, riding the bus, biking, or simply enjoying a walk through the community.

THE SPACE:

LIVING ROOM (Main Level): Includes a large and comfortable modern sectional sofa with plenty of space to lounge. Two tufted chairs, with a cocktail table. It has a Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock.

KITCHEN: The brand new kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge, microwave, oven, four range, oversized deep basin sink, blender, toaster/airfryer, glassware (wine, juice, champagne and tall), dinnerware, non-breakable kid’s dinnerware, utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. Seating at a round table (seats 4).

DINING ROOM: Enjoy a family or group dinner in the dining room with seating for eight. Place settings and formal linen dinner napkins are available in the dining room buffet.

COFFEE BAR: The coffee bar includes options for drip coffee or k-cup pods, as well as tea kettle. A limited supply of coffee pods, tea bags, filters, creamers, sugar, and Splenda are included with your stay for your convenience in the dining room buffet.

GAME ROOM / REC ROOM: Entertainment for everyone! The Smart TV is the feature of the basement game room/rec room. It also includes a full pool table, and shuffle board. We have a plethora of family for the family stored in the TV console, and 4 board games on the walls. The couch features a queen pull out bed, with extra linens available. Whatever your entertainment preference, you’re sure to find it in the rec room.

BEDROOM 1: The primary bedroom includes a king bed with a Purple Brand mattress, 100% cotton sateen sheets, duvet, soft and firm pillows, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, full dresser, luggage rack, blackout shades, and a Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock. Extra pillows in closet.

BEDROOM 2: The second “orange” bedroom includes a queen bed with a Purple Brand mattress, 100% cotton sateen sheets, duvet, soft and firm pillows, seating area, closet with hangers/drawers and luggage rack, laundry basket, and blackout shades. Extra pillows in hallway closet. Dedicated workstation with monitor and HDMI cords. Dedicated Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock. Extra pillows in closet.

BEDROOM 3: The “gray” bedroom includes a queen bed with a Purple Brand mattress, 100% cotton sateen sheets, duvet, soft and firm pillows, seating area, closet with hangers/drawers and luggage rack, laundry basket, and blackout shades. Extra pillows in hallway closet. Dedicated Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock. Extra pillows in closet.

BATHROOMS AND TOWELS: Each shower/bathtub comes stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All guests are provided with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Black makeup towels, hair dryers, and hand soap are stocked in each bathroom. An iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer are available in the upstairs laundry room. A washer/dryer is available in the upstairs laundry room with limited detergent and dryer sheets provided per stay. Extra towels are in the bathroom closets.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

As noted in our rental conditions, a $500 non-refundable fee is applicable if smoking occurs in the house; excessive trash left in the house outside of garbage bags will incur a $100 fee, a party hosted at the home will incur a non-refundable $500 fee, and/or waste disposal damage or replacement can be charged $50 or $180, respectively.

Please note that this is a new construction townhome, completed in July of 2025. There may be ongoing construction in the neighborhood.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out is available based on availability and by request - Fee is $25/hour.
