ALL RESERVATIONS BETWEEN JUNE 1ST AND AUGUST 23RD MUST BEGIN ON A SATURDAY OR WEDNESDAY AND END ON A SATURDAY OR WEDNESDAY WITH A 3 NIGHT RENTAL MINIMUM. This is a two bedroom condo with one common wall. End unit. Queen, Full, twin, and sofa sleeper. Walk-out private patio with beach view. As part of Thomas' Parkside Cottages Summer Resort, all units afford views of Lake Huron and 330' of private beach with 3 beach fire pits and crystal clear water to enjoy as a guest. Firewood is provided. Linens are provided. Full kitchens with plates, utensils, pots and pans, cups and glassware. Free Laundry on site. A boat slip is available at the mouth of the Au Sable river just walking distance away. We are adjacent to Oscoda Township Beach park with basketball court and skate park. Don't forget the walk for ice cream! We are within walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Oscoda. The beach boardwalk starts at our office front door, or beach walk for miles. Ice and vending machines on site. Private patios or decks provided with 2 chairs, BBQ, picnic table. Golf and Fishing nearby. River Queen Boat tours and Canoe, inter tube or Kayak the Au Sable river. Bike and ATV trail heads nearby. Looking for some bigger fish? Charters available at the mouth of the Au Sable River just a 1/2 mile away. Visit the Lumbermans monument for historical and scenic discovery. Sorry, No Pets. Parking for 2 cars per unit with extra parking for rec vehicles and larger trucks. Alpena airport 1 hr. north. Beach wheel chair for elderly or handicap guests. Family owned since 1948.

Some things to consider before booking...

No cancellation after April 1st. Deposit and full payment is non-refundable after April 1st. Full payment will still be due for any no show.

Check-in is at 3PM. No earlier please.

Go to the office first. Keys are in the main office. Do not go directly to your accommodations unless arrangements have been made.

The owner/manager is available at the front office most of the time should you have questions or need assistance.

Check-out is 10 AM from June 1st to October 1.


Upon check in, and check out, there will be a walk thru with management to assure your expectations are met...and ours. Any special requests should be addressed during the initial walk-thru and any known damages should be brought to our attention during, or before, the check-out walk-thru.

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Sorry, no pets on property, or in car's

No feeding of Seagulls or other animals

Smoking, hookah, and vaping of all kinds is prohibited inside the units and sun-rooms

Watercraft of all kinds are to be parked for loading/unloading at the public access on Division St. We do have a boat slip available to guests. Please message for details.

Thomas' Parkside Cottages, Inc. reserves the right to charge for damages to the premises and missing inventoried items including blankets, fans, pictures, pots, pans, plates and utensils. Thomas' will charge for any needed extreme cleaning required by outside professionals including smoke damage

Not provided: Paper towels, soap, shampoo, charcoal, dish soap, beach towels

Provided: Linens and bath towels. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided. Charcoal BBQ Grill supplied. We provide firewood ready and split for guests only between Memorial day and Labor day
