R and M Escape

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. R and M Escape is located on beautiful Big Floyd Lake 10 minutes outside of Detroit Lakes. It is a gradual incline lake with a nice sandy beach walk out. Come stay and join in on the beautiful lake experience.
The space
The property is a complete cabin with a kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining table, living area with TV. There is WIFI throughout the cabin. The cabin has 3 bedrooms (2 with single beds, one with a full), and also a lay down futon. Total sleep capacty is 7-8. There is a screened in porch for the evenings, an outdoor patio setting, dock, and lift that can be utilized. The lake has a gradual incline and can touch down to the bottom easily as one walks in. Also, we have a fun sandy beach that can be an area to relax on or play with the family.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin, parking underneath the covered garage and in front of it, the lake front property, the lift and dock.
Other things to note
Big Floyd Lake is a gem of a lake. It is a wonderful lake for all activities (i.e. fishing, kayaking, wakeboarding, waterskiing, tubing, and paddle boarding). It is located very close to Detroit Lakes making it easy to get any needed goods from town. However, it is in its own neighborhood that definitely makes it feel the charms of a lake escape.
