Cette copropriété de deux chambres à coucher a un grand lit dans la chambre principale et deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Chacune des deux salles de bains sont salles de bains. Le Master bain a un grand jacuzzi et une étape dans la douche. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Le grand salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz confortable ainsi que le centre de conditionnement de l'air et de la chaleur. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Park Place is just far enough away from the busy downtown! We was able to walk everywhere then come back to our place and relax with a warm fire and a view of the river!!

Good location. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. Unit was dated and spare bedroom beds weren't the most comfortable but everything worked, was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes, utensils, pots & pans for most meals. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were closed for the season but we would probably come back and stay again in the spring.

Rented this condo for a girls Halloween weekend. The condo was clean and very comfy. Great location to walk Gatlinburg for shopping and restaurants! The fireplace was a nice touch to our evenings for back to back horror movies. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek and was so excited that we got to see a black bear cross the water! so much fun and such a great place. Would rent this again!

Great location

This property is very close to the National Park entrance and a very short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. It’s a dated property but has some recent upgrades so they are making improvements as some of the interior is newer than the pictures.

Highly recommend Park Place Condos in Gatlinburg

We stayed three nights at the Park Place Condos in Gatlinburg, during the week between Christmas and New Year's. Our condo had a balcony overlooking the river, a fireplace, and all the amenities we needed,, include WiFi. The condo was spotless, with comfortable couches for watching movies or reading, a good-size dining table we used at breakfast and to play board games, a small but well-supplied kitchen in which we cooked, a convenient washer and dryer in the condo (for which you need to bring your own detergent), and two full bathrooms. There was ample covered parking in the garage. Our son enjoyed use of the fitness center in the condo complex, and the condo itself had plenty of space for the four of us -- and even for hosting some visiting cousins for part of a day. It was only a 15-minute drive to hiking at Newfound Gap, and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Although we drove past some sites that had been damaged by the wildfire, this facility seemed untouched. We highly recommend this condo and would happily stay here again.

They had a minimum two night stay during peak leaf season, but we thought it was worth a call since it was mid-week. They were great in getting us a room and everything was perfect.

The washer would cycle on/off randomly so your clothes were never washed. And the couch is basically falling apart. Next time I visit we will rent another unit for sure.
