Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le coin salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Family Needed Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the fact we were just out of the hustle of the busy street. Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

September wedding stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Gatlinburg for my son’s wedding in the mountains. This was a perfect location for some of us to stay while in town. I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not enjoy spending more than a couple of nights in a motel. Here you have space and everything to feel somewhat like home. We have stayed at Park Place a few times now and the main reason is the location. You can walk to just about anywhere downtown. We also like to go to Knoxville and Pidgeon Forge and getting out of Gatlinburg from this property is pretty easy. Another experience that we enjoy is the gas fireplace and the sounds of the rushing water from the river. At every stay, the staff have always been very accommodating.

The only thing we noticed is the mattresses especially in the front bedroom where caved in and not too comfortable. The master wasn’t as bad, but we have stayed in another unit on 3rd floor (recently) and the beds were very comfortable. Think it was 306.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were very disappointed with the condition of the beds and bedding. All matresses and bedding needs to be replaced. Kitchen, bathrooms need to be remodeled.showers were small and there were no bars to hold on to. Very awkward and unsafe, in my opinion.

Average Accommodations in a Great Location

This condo is at the end of the Gatlinburg strip and walking distance to everything there, which is nice to not have to pay to park. My 3-year-old and 5-year-old were able to get around easily, which was the most important priority for our trip. This location is also right at the start of the Gatlinburg trailhead, which is a nice hike for small children or really anyone! We really liked the creekside sounds and ambience from the private patio. The downside of the rental is that it could use some updating. The mattresses on all beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was broken. The towels were also very coarse and I strongly recommend bringing your own. Initially, we were attracted to this location because it had a pool, but we didn't end up going in it because there was a white residue on top of the water, and the water was cold. Other reviewers have said Park Place Condos vary from unit to unit. So, I might consider renting again, but just not unit #305.

Good quiet location

Location is bigger than I pictured. View of the river is beautiful. We saw a river otter. Walking distance from thr main street. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the parking is limited. I think people who don't stay at the facility use the parking garage as well so it's hard to find a spot to park late at night.
