Come and experience a tranquil and unique getaway at this sunny condo located in the gateway to the White Mountains surrounded by ski resorts, hiking, river activities, rock climbing, and camping! Perched just above the Waterville Estates community center, this home away from home grants you access to numerous on-site amenities, including two heated indoor pools, two outdoor pools, a weight/fitness room, a sauna, locker rooms, an on-site restaurant, a rec center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, soccer fields, miles of scenic walking trails, a swimming/boating pond, and a ski area.

The condo enjoys a bright and welcoming living area with many windows flooding the space with natural light and seasonal mountain vistas. Lounge and relax in the living area as you watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services or break out any of the provided board games. Discover a well-appointed, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. It has all the essentials to help you prepare the most delicious homemade masterpieces. Downstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms and a great laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Great NH cabin

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Felt like a cabin escape with the wood decor, cute fireplace, and panoramic views. Loved the comfortable bedrooms and proximity to the community center for pools and the many hiking trails. Can’t wait to return and explore the pond. Highly recommend!

Great for a small family

My family and I had the best time staying in this condo and using the pool at the Waterville Estates community center. The condo was clean and had everything needed for our 3 day stay. This entire community is just a dream for a week (few weeks) stay. Going back soon!

Simple Little Condo

Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to it. It’s lightly noticeable. It didn’t keep me from sleeping or impact my allergies at all.

The condo was not what we expected

It’s an old condo with carpets everywhere, it was really humid downstairs. Dishwasher was not working and they had a problem with water on the last day. We didn’t like our experience there. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are not free and not right beside the units.

Property in need of updates

There were several issues with the condition of this property based on the price they charge. Our accommodations were on par with very basic motel rooms at an EconoLodge type motel. The condo is clearly dated, linoleum tiles in bathroom are stained and worn, paint on ceiling and walls is chipped and peeling. Vanity tops seem newer, but the cabinets on the walls are old. The dishwasher was broken, and based on other reviews has been broken for over 6 weeks. This should have been an immediate repair but instead it looks like they have allowed it to remain with dirty standing water in the bottom and the inside growing mold. The entire condo is carpeted that doesn’t seem appropriate for a high traffic rental property, that would collect dirt more rapidly. Beds were fine and clean with basic linens. All in all the cost for us didn’t match the property type. Oh and the entire building had no siding, which doesn’t affect anything inside the condo but not exactly what you want to walk up to when you arrive for a vacation.
