Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Pets are allowed with written permission only. Maximum of 1 dog. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Amazing Place with Great View & Plenty of Rooms!
We loved staying at this house - celebrated my bachelorette with a few girlfriends who all slept very comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and floats that were provided. The deck over the water was a great spot for yoga, and the kitchen is massive with everything you could need to cook and serve guests. Thank you for a great experience!

Huge, we love this place...
What a time.. 11 grand kids, 10 married children, 2 old folks..lol. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms.Big kitchen, well stock to cook. Play areas fun fun fun.Dock area great for a sunrises and sets. Also for fishing and handling the boats and river toys. River was very clear from logs and sticks after the high water. Had a blast..

We have been traveling as a multi-generational family for many years, and this was by far our favorite house! This trip we had 20. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture, and well stocked in kitchen, bed, and bathrooms. Everyone had their own space and never felt crowded. The outside patio is arranged well and can accommodate plenty of seating. Bi-level pool and lake slides were a big hit, along with kayaks. Grill works well, too. Communication with the reps from Horseshoe Bay Living was easy, friendly, professional, and efficient from check in to check out. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!
