Whether you are vacationing with your extended family, on Seabrook for a wedding, traveling with your golf buddies, or just want the space to spread out in an ideal location, this home has it all. Close to 5,000 square feet of indoor living area allows enough space for everyone. This home is in a prime location - across the street from the ocean, a 3 minute walk to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest restaurant, Island House dining, and Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses. You have unobstructed views of the water from the moment you leave your car.
As you walk into the entry foyer, you will notice the open living, dining area, and the inlaid compass rose floor. Panoramic views of the large, yet very comfortable living/dining area greet you. New furniture in the living room complements the new wood flooring throughout the house. The entire house has been painted a light gray to maximize the natural light. Bright sunlight streams through the wall of windows and doors leading to an expansive outdoor patio. The living area is nicely divided into cozy conversation areas. There is a Smart TV in the main living area. A few steps takes you to an additional seating area overlooking the private yard. It is close to the activity, but far enough away to provide a nice retreat for quieter conversation. The dining area can easily accommodate everyone in your party. A large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Everyone can be together while sharing stories from the day's activities. Lovely accents and furnishings again remind you that you are not in just any beach house!
Take a step into the connecting hallway toward the next wing of the home. There is a powder room with tile flooring, wainscoting and a pedestal sink. The first bedroom you reach on this floor is a former office. It has paneled walls, built in shelving, a large TV in the armoire, tile floors with accent rugs and access to a private courtyard. There is a king sized sleigh bed overlooking an amazing stone fireplace (decorative only). The next stop down the hall is the large gourmet kitchen. An enormous island is the hub of the kitchen. The island has stool seating for 8 - the perfect gathering spot. In the renovated kitchen you have quartz counters, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, an extra large refrigerator, and a plethora of cabinet storage. It is well stocked with every cooking utensil you will need and there are more than enough plates and cookware to handle large groups. All of the new appliances are stainless steel.. Doors lead to a patio dining table with gas grill. Guests can bypass the kitchen and stroll through the gallery to get to the bedroom wing.
The 2nd guest bedroom in this home has a queen sized bed and private bath. The bath has a quartz topped vanity and walk-in tiled shower. French doors lead to a patio and there is an Smart TV for viewing. There is a room furnished with 2 twin beds in each, making perfect rooms for the kids In the 3rd guest room you will have two Queen beds, a TV and side yard access. There is a hall bathroom adorned with quartz topped vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The laundry room can be found on the first floor with space to drop off the day's beach gear. A full size washer and dryer are there for your use.
Head upstairs to the two bedrooms. In the 4th guest bedroom you have a King bed and TV for streaming. This bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower. The primary en-suite bedroom is beyond spacious. You will find a comfortable King bed - the perfect spot to dream the night away. Open the doors to the balcony and be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves. Out on the balcony you will find both ocean and golf course views! The renovated bath is tucked behind the frosted glass barn door. A large garden tub is the perfect spot to relax quietly. There is also a large walk-in tiled shower.
There is a large outside space at this home. The patio stretches the length of the home and has three separate areas for everyone to enjoy. Through the living room sliders are chairs for soaking in the sun, conversing, or reading. Through the dining room sliders you will find couches, a great nap spot. The last set of sliders lead to the dining area. A large table for al fresco meals. The patio lets you enjoy cocktails, appetizers, or sit and converse. There is grass for the kids to run around and play. Off the kitchen is a secondary patio area. Bbq your meals and enjoy dining at the table for four.

Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. These cards also grant you free access to the outdoor pool at the Lake House facility. Fees apply to use of the indoor pool and fitness center.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
